I walked in at 5:15 and was told there was a half hour wait. 40 minutes later when I had asked if it was ready, they told me... they were in the process of making it. 10 minutes later I finally got my sandwich. I really do try to have patience for foodservice workers as I truly understand the pressure and understaffing that they often face. But the 45 minute wait was just toolong, particularly when it was 1.5 times as long as I was told it would be. Additionally, the staff just didn't seem rushed.Again, I totally support food service workers. But these people were just really slow workers and understaffed. They seemedburnt out and apathetic. Whether it's a matter of staffing, wage shortage, or other matters, Panera needs to do better atstaffing and ensuring that their workers have the incentive to work quickly. Read more

This is my third and final time going to this panera. Never again. Im not one to leave reviews, especially on google, but the... service of this panera has been so horrendous it must be done. About a month ago I placed an order for a chicken caesar saladwith extra caesar sauce through their website for delivery which took an hour or more to get here (not their fault, but still Iwas waiting for a long time and excited for my caesar salad). When it finally arrived, they gave me fuji apple sauce , notcaesar, and they didn?t even give me extra like I had asked (not that I wouldve wanted the extra fuji anyways, but still goes toshow how they?re lacking). The next time I tried this place I picked up, and got a bbq chicken sandwich and chicken caesarsalad. The bbq chicken sandwich literally had a long, blonde hair in it (my hair is afro textured and black, so there is NO wayit was mine). Also, the chicken itself was very fatty and nasty looking. The salad I got that day barely had any chicken,probably like 2 slivers. Today was my last and final time trying because I had a $5 off promo, so I said why not. I went and gota frontega chicken sandwich and a regular caesar salad with extra caesar and croutons . The frontega sandwich is the first goodthing Ive had from here, ever. But of course the salad was messed up. There was no extra croutons by any means, and the ?extracaesar? they gave me was a complete scam. The cups were literally filled up 1/3 of the way each. I didnt even get a full cup ofcaesar when I put the two cups they gave me together. I dont know how hard it is to make an order correctly but apparently it?sabove the workers here at this panera. Awwww how I loved paneras ???? well I did until I ordered a Greek salad with chicken I got to work there was barely a crumb of... feta cheese on it and there was no chicken!! This place likes to charge you and arm and a leg and gives you very little thistime they really skimped on everything I asked for???? I was very disappointed I even looked on my receipt and it said Greeksalad/chicken ???? Then I look further down on my receipt and it said no chicken I go here all the time and order my Greek saladI will not be going back for that anytime soon so disappointed Read more

Asked for a half-sandwich and they gave me a 1/10th of a sandwich instead. Also said to do pick-2 and they charged me full price... for both. Glad I could be the first review! Read more
I am usually not the type of person to complain when dining out. I understand that things can get busy, but I ordered ONE drink.... Why did it take me 50 minutes and checking in 3 times to finally have them give me my single item order? Thankfully the one theyhanded me was the one they put to the side after an employee knocked it over, leaving the whole cup sticky. There was no apologyfor the wait. There was no hurry to give me my SINGLE DRINK after making me wait for almost an hour. Overall disappointed andprobably one of the worst service experiences I've had. Read more
