Barely put anything on my sandwich at all, no heel of bread with my order like they always give.. no cheese or croutons in my... French onion soup. I asked for no tomato and they put tomato. I have no problem picking it off, but they barely put anythingelse on my sandwich. For the price, it's extremely disappointing. No cheese, croutons or heel of bread with my soup ruined thatexperience too. Used to be good, sucks now. $12 and all I get is an empty sandwich. Should have just made toast at home. $8.99will get me a large pizza at Marcos and feed me for days. Panera is a rip off. Read more
I have not been here in a while. I really enjoy the kiosk ordering service very nice to work with. Not a fan of the Prices.
I ordered a baker?s dozen bagels ahead of time using the Panera App. When I arrived to pick them up, my name was on the list of... ?orders being made? on the board near the pickup area. My name then went away and did not appear on the ?ready? side. Afterabout 10 minutes (20 minutes after my scheduled pickup time) I still hadn?t heard anything, so I asked the employee at thecounter. She then informed me that they did not have the bagels to complete my order but that she could replace them withpastries. I said I was not interested in pastries and she got the manager. The manager told me that I had ?not placed the orderwith enough notice? and I let him know that I ordered a full day in advanced. He then said it was a mistake by an employee andthat they had bagged up my order earlier but accidentally gave it to another customer who ordered bagels. He said all he coulddo was refund my order and give me the 4 bagels he had left. Not only did I not have the bagels I needed for the event I washosting, the team let me waste 20 minutes of my day when they knew before that that they didn?t have what they needed tocomplete my order. There was no respect for my time or attempt to work out a solution. Read more
I was just their...order #169250...stopped to get a quick sandwich on way out of town. Got back to truck after getting my order,... started eatting and my spicy chicken sandwich was cold as hell. I've always loved Panera, their baked goods are so delicious. I was surprised that there were only 5 bagels left and they were... not making anymore after 11:00am, possibly due to staff shortage. The staff that was there were very nice and efficient. Read more
We had a to-go order. My wife and I have always LOVED the Strawberry Poppy Chicken Salad so we order that to split. It never... disappoints. Ordered, too, a Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich to share. Quality ingredients good size; but the whole sandwich was icecold even, surprisingly, the bread! And, when will Panera serve bread that isn't so hard to chew - the crust is super tough.Maybe when the Company owners have dentures will they see what we mean. Amy was great. Our two sandwiches were very disappointing. My Napa chicken salad sandwich had literally one small spoon full of chicken salad... and my wife's turkey bacon bravo had no turkey on it. Really, it's in the name......turkey! The two stars is really for theservice. The order was ready fast for our take out, maybe too fast that they forgot to take time to actually make thesandwiches.
