This Noodles and company is not ADA compliant. About a year or so ago my family stopped here to eat. I have a service dog and... two of my children are special needs. The manager demanded that we sit outside and would not allow my service animal inside therestaurant claiming that a local city ordinance only allowed "seeing eye dogs" inside. Not only was that false, it's irrelevantbecause of federal law. In order to not upset my children, we moved our family to the outdoor patio. The patio smelled likesewage and my autistic son would not eat because of it. Even after I pulled up information explaining the law to the manager onduty, he continued to argue with me and insist that I could not come inside. He also insinuated that I was lying about myservice animal and that many people who had come into that Noodles and Company in the past with service animals were lying abouttheir status. I emailed corporate about this experience. They replied that they would look into it and get back to me. Theynever did. They seem completely unconcerned about discrimination against persons with disabilities in their restaurants. Read more
great Japanese Pan Fired Noodles, but the quantity is a bit weird. There is Small or Regular, and I always need to order two... regular sized orders to fill up. I would say the noodles are great the price is great, but the serving size a bit misleading. Read more
Ordered pickup for 12:15. At 12:20 they told me it was gonna be another five minutes. I had to cancel the order because I had a... doctors appointment at 12:30. If you would like to eat in a timely manner go somewhere else. Otherwise this is a great place toget fast food quality at a sit down level of service. Read more
I like the staff. It change fast but overall nice. I would recommend to double check your order to go as it is often missing... the side stuff like the milk for the kids meal. The food is ok, but it correspond to the chain standard. Never too busy so aneasy option . Very clean. Read more
