If I could give zero stars I would. I went through the drive thru which was a long wait. Finally got to the speaker which was... another wait. Made it to the window, what seemed to be a manager was working the window and she had snot dripping from hernose. She didn't attempt to go wipe it and wash her hands, she just kept prepping bags and drinks and grabbing hash browns. Isaw her coming back towards the window to take orders at the register and she was running her forefinger and thumb together andthe snot drop was gone! Either she wiped out with her fingers and didn't wash her hands out it fell somewhere. She gave me myfood and basically dropped the drink, straw and napkins into my car. I sterilized everything and threw the food away. I wish Ihad gotten her name. SMH???? Read more
The staff was excellent. Of course the food was good, it was McDonald's. The two team members we interacted with were fantastic... - loved the team work and the guy who took our order is the reason we will drive out of our way for THIS McDonald's. Read more
The worst McDonald?s bathroom I have ever encountered. Filthy. The people at the counter were friendly though.
Rude Hispanic lady working there. I asked for more Mac sauce since I paid .75 cents to have it added to my order. I noticed she... opened it and wasn't wearing any gloves so I watched her to see if she put on any gloves, which she only had put a glove on onehand. She then looked at me and said "What? They did not give us all our food. They could not count to 4 or understand that we only had 3. Then had to go back for straws... then when I finally get a drink of what is supposed to be sprite I get water. Seemed like nobody knew what they were doing andmy fries were not even hot. Great service, everything was fresh and the portions were actually correct size. Staff were friendly and professional. The only... thing that could be improved is to move the mobile order pick up to the other side with the parking spaces instead of right nextto the drive through lane. It completely blocks anyone trying to exit that way. Otherwise, this is an excellent location. Read more
The Best McDonald's in the state and best I've been in over 20 years New job in Ann Arbor and haven't had McDonald's in like 3... years due to lack of money and just got tired of having up and down quality but this one every day no matter what time betweenthe hours of 11:00 and 5:00 p.m. ordering the same thing two double cheeseburger large fries identical everyday and I get noonions and those burgers were done right off the grill and done right service outstanding at the microphone and delivery of food Read more
