Writer order 2 Mack chicken small Diet Coke, so I ate one sandwich second sandwich hair on it so I immediately went to the... cashier notify her on the spot as she saw it she gave me a refund good thing is I haven?t ate it. This is very disgusting thatfood needs to be clean and sustain. This McDonald?s is very dirty. The worker keep coming out and going out out of the storethey?re not working. I hope Manager to take care of this or the owner will take care of this issue and the store need to beclean and they need to wear gloves while they?re working. Read more

Another extremely dirty McDonald's, as I walk in I notice no one is at the counter no problem it is early morning use the... bathroom wash my hands I have been in cleaner Porta-Johns then this McDonald's. As I walk up to the counter the manager looksat me a couple times and then says order from the kiosk I have no one to help you mind you there is a gentleman standing at thefryer for 5 minutes watching hash browns cook. No problem at all order from the kiosk get my food ask if they do hash brownswith the meal anymore the lady said you didn't order a meal I show her my receipt she apologizes gets me my food as I weighedthrough the mountain of gnats by the soda machine I look around and realize not one square inch of the place is clean at allpretty dissuading on even ordering food from here would highly recommend going somewhere else or never entering inside. Understanding that this is obviously an ownership/management problem (they're very likely aware that they reside in a specific... niche in a COVID-diminished food service environment and thus not caring about the actual service they invest in), this is aCOMICALLY slow and inept fast food experience. Whether it's the 45 min drive through lines or online orders that arelost/incomplete with no ability to address the error, I've never seen or worked at a more incompetent location. I hope theemployees are able to flee to better places of employment and that the owners lose their franchise. Read more

One star, but not for the reasons you might think. I recently moved to the area and have stopped at this Maccas multiple times.... Each time I went, my order was correct and food was fine, but the wait was unreal. A visit to the drive-thru during dinner tooknearly 45min from start to finish. A recent visit during breakfast (3 cars ahead of me total) took nearly 20min to fulfill twoMcGriddle combos. Each time I've visited, I've seen what appears to be half of a skeleton crew, completely overwhelmed andoverworked. The owner's have felt it prudent to post the attached signs at this location, both explaining the reasons behindthe slowness, and seeking new workers. Now, we've gotten used to seeing these signs around but what's interesting here is thatthe owners say UP TO $15/hr, which would suggest they're not entirely interested in finding workers because the businessessurrounding them are mostly paying this or more for their unfilled roles. Additionally, their email address for feedback isn'ta custom domain for Patrick, Inc, but rather a standard issue Gmail account. How cheap can you be as a small business owner tonot have a customized domain for your company? I'll tell you...$6/month per user for a business starter account onGmail. Lastly, a quick Google search shows that it costs at a minimum, 500k-2.5mil to open a single McDonald's franchise. Whatdoes this tell us? The owner of this franchise is so greedy that they can't even spring for a custom domain or pay their workersa respectable wage. You shouldn't eat here, not because of the workers, but because this franchise owner is greedy. Workers ofthis franchise, pull up any job search site and check the openings at every business around you. They are paying more than UP TO15/hr. Read more

Lived nearby to this McDonald?s since 2004 and it is constantly a negative and frustrating experience going there. Whether it is... them taking forever getting the food, them missing order items, having the place be a mess, or saying they are open online whenthey aren?t in real life, it is constantly an issue going here. I get having this happen a few times due to worker errors orlong lines, but these are consistent issues I run into when going there. I?ve worked in food service before at a variety ofplaces, I get they are short staffed and have patience for that. But the problems at this McDonald?s have been persistent aslong as I have lived in the area, long before worker shortages in the service industry. Just go the extra few miles and go tothe one on Washtenaw if you can. I have the utmost patience for food service and always give the benefit of the doubt. This isthe only negative experience of a food place I?ve left my entire life. Unfortunately, it is one of the only fast food placesnearby and although the food is consistent with other McDonald?s, it isn?t worth your time for the factors listed. I always wantto give them the benefit of the doubt and grab a quick bite, but just leave end up feeling annoyed or frustrated. ?? (update at the end of this post) Unfortunately, this is the only hamburger joint near me that is a drive thru for something... quick. I have been using this place for the past 13 yrs and it is NEVER consistant in the service or quality. The ice creammachine is down over 50% of the time. It doesn't matter what time of the day or the season. The machine is down. I havecomplained to corporate many times but nothing changes. It's dissappointing when there is a craving the the Shamrock Shake andthe machine is down or during a hot day in the summer the machine is down. I finally was told its down because it's beingcleaned? I don't understand why it can't be cleaned in the early morning when it is least used. There used to be a Wendy's. Theyclosed. PLEASE BRING IN A CULVER'S TO THE NORTHSIDE OF TOWN! I don't know what this is supposed to be but I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich Meal. The chicken patty was dry and had no... condiments. I've had McChickens with more life than this. The fries were soggy, lukewarm, and underfilled. The iced tea washardly sweet. This is on top of lines that are slow whether it's busy or not busy (it's usually wrapped around the buildingbecause of how slow it is). There's a dude who takes out the trash that is usually talking loud and using inappropriatelanguage. But this meal, I can't believe someone made this and felt like that's sufficient for a customer who paid $8. Read more
