Update 7/7/22: placed an order for pick up, showed up, and the store is closed. No sign, just locked and empty at 530p. They're... supposed to be open until 7. Now to figure out how to get my money back from an unmanned ordering system. Food is fine, butdon't wait for delivery. It is not currently freaky fast as of fall 2021 because they're understaffed. Stopped here a few weeks ago to get the heavily advertised black and bleu sandwich and I was told they no longer make it so I... took pics of the 5 ads in and outside of the store for this sandwich. I thought they were just kidding. I got a differentsandwich which was good but maybe take down the ads before ya quit making it. Read more
Pandemic customer service fatigue, as I term it, or not, the way this store is ran is a "joke" ? when I visited it at least.... Called and was half greeted, then got radio silence when asking if I could place a simple, one sandwich pickup order. Went in toorder instead and got a blank stare from the cashier, only to still receive no greeting after saying hello. A sloppily madesandwich was presented to me, though quickly produced, with a wrapper covered in mustard and mayo. Dining in further illuminatedthis "joke" as I heard the manager lecture an employee about how they don't care about the customer or whether the staff diddrugs during their shift unless the "big wig" was in the building. I tried this Jimmy John's because the one on State was slow. The first time I ordered here it took about 30 minutes which is... whatever, lunch rush, but this time it took over 45 minutes. The tracking didn't update til I called to cancel my order and thensuddenly it was on it's way. Driver was the same both times and nice, I don't think it was his fault. But I'm done with JimmyJohn's. Took forever to get one sub delivered right across the road at my place of work. Would have been faster if I had crawled there.... The only reason it isn't getting 1 star is because the delivery driver was polite. Read more
One worker was terribly rude because they couldn't find my order that was already paid for. She demanded that my order was... placed in ypsi and sent me away. Read more
