I get the short staffing. Just next time give us a phone call or text or email saying it's going to be over an hour. We called... and they said it hadn't even left yet and immediately asked us if we wanted to cancel. Cool. Next time just don't take theorder in the first place. Communication goes a long way. But this experience turns two long time customers of this locationinto two someone else's customers. Read more
I ordered a Vito without a bun for lunch. There were at least 6 people working. They worked on big lunch orders for 15... minutes, while we waited and the cashier stared straight ahead without anyone in line. We were literally the only customers inthe place. There was no customer service, or even a gesture of apology that they must complete the large orders ahead of ours. We finally got our sandwiches and there was one finely-sliced layer of salami inside my VITO lettuce wrap. By fine, I mean lessthan half the width of the cheese. What is normally a rather large, super-filling, spicy sandwich tasted like lettuce. Theydidn't even bother to add the other meats. It was smaller than a "slim" that I usually get for my kids. If you are looking toorder Jimmy John's, I would try another location. This one was not freaky fast or or even tasty. I gave them 2 stars because myson's beef ranch wrap was good. Read more
I have ordered here A lot, had come to expect a certain quality. When I called to explain disappointment; felt snubbed. To me it... was totally out of character. In fact the GM? Brandon has gone over and beyond in the past to make an order right. The originalpic was meant to go to the store directly to confirm complaint. Yikes, just made aware it posted public. When the food does taste fine, because at times it doesn?t, it usually takes an hour to get to my apartment. Which is maybe a 5... minute drive. Called to ask if maybe the order was just bugged on the app, as if they hadn?t actually received the order, to beput on hold for 15 minutes. I suggest you don?t order delivery from here at the least. I'm guessing they don't have any freaks here. Order placed at 12:19, accepted at 12:20, delivered at 12:55. For reference, the... pizza place gets a small pizza to me in 30 minutes. So I can get a pizza faster than a JJs sub from here. This isn't the 1sttime it's taken so long. Don't make the mistake I did and order when you have a 1 pm meeting! Read more
Had to ask for a bag for my sandwich, hand to ask for napkins, which he didn't hand to me but instead just placed a handful on... the counter and they charged me for kickin ranch that they didn't even give me. Instead of actual customer service, they're inthe back complaining about working. I could've made my own sandwich and been more satisfied. Won't be going to this locationagain. Read more
