This location has mixed reviews but my personal experiences here have been good. Always yummy cookies and mediocre service, for... sure. People working are always on the unfriendly side, management needs to work on customer service training. It?s terrible.Other than that, the products are yummy and don?t disappoint. I went to this location a few years ago with a friend and absolutely loved it! The cookies were warm and fresh, the ice cream... was great, plus it was ready in less than 5 minutes. However, I went back last night to find the store to be in a completelydifferent state. We ordered online because there was a sign on the door saying not to go into the lobby and then we waited for40 minutes outside. We eventually decided to go in and ask them if our order was ready, only to be completely ignored by thestaff that refused to come out of the back room and who were very loudly having conversations about their personal lives. Assomeone who also works in food service, my manager 100% would have fired me and others if we acted like they did on our shifts.Maybe I?ll come back in another 2 years? Read more

Waited for 30 minutes, called and was told that it would be 30 minutes and we would have them. Call them back after waiting an... hour total and was told that they were just now making the gluten free cookies cause they were in the back of the freezer anddidn?t realize they even needed them. I just walked out paying $23 and some change for 3 cookie sandwiches. Ok that's on me, but for $23 the cookies should not be a... hard as a rock. More importantly, on the front door they tell you what they are out of and what they are not out of. Theselection was very slim. Employees looked so depressed cause we walked in. For $23 it should have been a much better experience.This is the second time i had such a bad experience. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My cookies were not fresh, but instead cold and hard. When I went back to ask about heating... the cookies up, the clerk responded with they are in warmer they don?t have heaters. So in place of offering me a fresh batch ofcookies I have to wait till I travel an hour and a half home to get to a microwave to possibly salvage my cookies. On top ofthat, she overcharged us on the receipt. We got a six pack and she charged us for each individual cookie instead of bundling it.I was craving insomnia cookies while I was in the area, but now, I?m scared I?ll never be back from this experience. Typically I love insomnia however, this is my second time at this location and both were terrible experiences. The employees are... incredibly rude and the cookies have been over cooked and hard both occasions I?ve gone. Highly disappointing Read more

Staff wasn?t very welcoming but cookies were good. They have ran out of s?mores cookies a couple times I?ve been before... midnight. Not sure how the baking process works but definitely disappointing not being able to get my favorite!! Update:stopped in at 12:57am on a Friday night (Saturday morning). As we entered, two employees were exiting pushing a large bin oftrash. Door was unlocked, lights were on, and open sign was lit up. Ice cream was still in the front freezer & smelt likecookies. There were two workers inside, younger girl walked to the back and spoke with a male employee. She slowly walked backup and said ?um we?re closed? with no explanation. Another guy walked in 20 seconds after we exited and they told him the samething. Seems kinda odd for ?insomnia? to close before 1 am. I?ll be using another location next time. Read more

The last three times I?ve placed an order for pickup, at least one of the flavors of cookies I?ve ordered was unavailable when I... went to pick up my order. They seriously need to figure out a way to indicate the flavors that are ACTUALLY in stock whenordering online, or order their stock better. I used to go here all the time, but now I?m seriously considering trying othercookie places in the area instead. Very disappointing. Read more
