This cinnabon is hit or miss. We bought 2 cinnabons on our way out of yhe mall and didn't open them until we were in the car.... They were super crispy but we were already on our way. I emailed customer service and they just apologized and said ththey'givethe store feedback instead of offereing to replace them. Then i called their customer service and they said since they areindependently owned I'd need to call the store. When I did a guy named Chris answered and I could already tell by his tone hewasn't about to make it right. When I told him the story he asked if I had the receipt which I didn't but had the transaction onmy bank statement and the card I bought it with. He said he can't just give away free cinnabon or money ( although I didn't askfor money ) like it was going to bankrupt them. So no solutions that's how much they value your business. Read more

I work at the mall and I usually used to get 10% off on my items. Today, I was rudely told that I couldn?t get the discount bc... the place I work at doesn?t give other mall workers a discount. I don?t know what that man?s name is, but he?s shirt, a littlebald and chunky. I felt so disrespected bc I?ve been giving Cinnabon my business for the longest. Now I don?t even want to comehere anymore, especially bc the worker was mad bc of something I can?t control. Read more

This is one of the worst Cinnabon locations around. First of all, they never have anything available. You want a Cinnabon, nope... sorry. We don't have any left and we don't plan on making any more. Sometimes, it's possible to luck out and they'll have oneready for you in ten minutes if you're willing to wait. Secondly, staff are extremely rude. I half expect the guy at theregister to be like, yeah what do you want, when placing an order. Read more

By far the worst Cinnabon I?ve ever been to. I?ve actually encountered the same issue more than once here. They do not make... enough 4/6 packs here so that they can charge you more money. This is the only store I?ve been to that will refuse to make a 4/6pack. They stock very few packs so they run out quickly. I have no problems waiting for a 4/6 pack if needed. In some cases Imight need to order 2-3 depending on the group. The store in 12 Oaks was always so accommodating to this, sometimes it is a 1hour wait which is no problem. The Briarwood store will insist that they must charge you per roll. I will not purchase from thislocation again. Read more

I hadn't had a Cinnabon for probably 15 years and decided to order some via Doordash so I don't have an in-person review. But I... gotta say I'm pretty disappointed. I ordered a 6 pack to share with people and I don't even want to give these away. The insideof the roll I had was nearly uncooked, raw dough. The couple outer layers were done, and that part was good. The flavor wasfine, the frosting was okay. But I think this batch was rushed. So I guess it'll be another 15 years before I try them again, ifat all. Read more

Drove over to get a 6-pack for the kids for breakfast. Once the employee got off her cell phone, I ordered a 6-pack. "We're... not selling packs for the rest of the night," was her response. There were plenty of cinnamon rolls in the case. Guess the kidswill get Dunkin'. They've never refused to sell something. Read more

Stood at the counter looking at the menu, waited probably 30 full seconds for the young man standing over in the corner to look... up from his phone and notice I was there. He asked if he could get me something. I asked for a mini-bun. He said "we don't haveany mini buns right now and we're only accepting cash.' Not "I'm sorry we're out of those, but could I interest you in a regularcinnamon bun?" I had cash and I could have been persuaded into buying a full size bun, because who doesn't love an ooey gooeycinnamon roll. But he clearly didn't want my business, so I turned and walked away. This location recently reopened in Briarwood Mall. Have been there 3 times and am sad to say it's completely unreliable. The... first time I walked up, they insisted that they weren't open and just setting up, despite having rolls in the pan ready to go.The second time was actually great, got a roll with no problems. This last time, I waited in line for 10+ minutes just to betold, after my total was displayed on the screen, that they weren't supposed to sell any more. When I asked if everyone else hadgotten one, the cashier replied, "Well, yeah, but only because I totally forgot that I wasn't supposed to sell any more." Soagain, no cinnamon roll. I'm not going back - I'll find a location that actually sells me what I went for. One out of threetimes isn't enough to keep going back for disappointment. Read more
