I came here to grab a quick bite to eat for my lunch after getting off from my first job of the day, and I got the best service... possible at this establishment. Update: Credit where credit is due, the last few times I've been have been quick, there seems to be more staff, and food has... been just fine. +1 star from my previous review. The staff are very friendly and they generally do a good job. Food is good forBK. It's just a poorly operated location ? mismanaged and short-staffed. Wait time is usually 2-3 minutes per car during lunchand 4-5 minutes per car in the evening. Meaning sometimes you're waiting 30+ minutes on food and thinking you could have justgone to Meijer. They also close earlier than listed, but I can't seem to figure out what time that is. Then you have to gothrough customer support to get a refund on your order. Ugh. This might be the best BK ever. The staff couldn't be nicer, got us served extremely quickly and politely even though they were... really understaffed. Even my kids noticed and commented. Anyway, just wanted to give feedback where it is due - and thank thestaff for being there and friendly on a night ever everyone was struggling with the power outage conditions. Read more
Only open for drive thru service only and it took 30 minutes to get my meal!! However, my Deluxe Spicy Chicken was amazing!!
I went through the drive-through yesterday and got a couple burgers for me and a friend. I also got a club salad with chicken. ... They told us we would have to wait 5 minutes for the chicken to cook. Today, when I went to go eat the salad for lunch Idiscovered that the chicken was very much raw. I tried calling the store at the number on my receipt and was greeted by ascreeching fax number. I might try to take it back in person today, if I do I will update. Read more
I waited in the drive thru, like 15 min. I ordered the new Italian chicken sandwich. It was hot for sure, almost too hot to... hold, as if possibly microwaved. The chicken had a bitter aftertaste. The fries were very sparsely salted. All around terribleexperience. Read more
