Bagel sandwiches were okay, not even toasted and the bacon was raw. Ice coffee tasted like old coffee. Scott the older man was... extremely rude. Yelling at customers to ?not block the door? right as they?d walk in, treating everyone like they were stupidand inconveniencing him by just being there. I?ve never been somewhere where everyone in there was so uncomfortable because of asingle man?s attitude. Someone needs to tell him that how he acts really affects peoples experience and day, and if he hates hisjob that much to not work there then. Extremely appalled by his attitude and the experience. I love Bruegger's bagels. They are large with just the right amount of chew. I especially like the garlic and the everything... bagels because they don't skimp when they apply the coatings. Read more
Bagels sandwiches great and service was fast. Older gentleman with glasses took my order and he was not very friendly, which... was even more pronounced as he was very friendly with a younger woman right before he took my order. If I were in New York Iwould of expected that but living in A2 very unexpected. Panera Bread and Einstein Bagels are alternatives that are nearby thathave consistently friendly service in the morning. Read more

They have very tasty bagels and their cream cheese is really good. My only complaint is that even when you get it well toasted,... it?s still not toasted enough and feels doughy. I might get the cream cheese on the side and toast it at home next time. Read more
Bruegger's Bagels has a creative and delicious menu. They have several varieties of bagels which they make fresh daily. There is... a window along the back wall that allows you to watch the bakers as they work. They have a variety of unique cream cheese aswell. The combinations of sandwiches they create are clever. For example, I had a fried chicken breakfast sandwich on a cheesyhashbrown bagel, with country pepper cream cheese. Their bagels are soft and fresh, and they are very generous with the creamcheese. This gem hidden in a strip mall far exceeded our expectations. My family highly recommends it! Read more
Walked in today to grab a dozen bagels and the first thing the older gentleman working behing the counter said was "good luck"... in a condescending tone (indicating they were low on bagels). Then proceeded to rush me out as quickly as possible. I absolutelylove bruggers bagels...I just will just avoid going to this location moving forward. Read more
