Love this place except - please get an awning for both your menu ordering and pick up window areas!
I had 8 out of the 10 visits required to earn a free beverage before I visited yesterday, and then my visit again today would... have been my 10th punch. However they are refusing to honor my punches because they have switched to an app. The drink I get isover $9. That's $90 I have spent at this establishment in good faith that my 11th one would be free. A reputable business wouldhave honored my punch card, or at least allowed me to transfer the punches over to the new app. Needless to say I won't be goingback again. Read more
Drive-thru was quick and efficient. I only saw two ladies working and they took my order and got everything ready, in my opinion... for a coffee house, very quickly. Ordered a couple drinks and breakfast food items. Extremely friendly. Competitive pricing.Close to my house. Will definitely be returning. Read more
Discovered Ziggi?s in colorado while on vacation and didn?t realize there was one in Ankeny! I live in altoona and always try to... stop at ziggis while in ankeny, sometimes we drive over to ankeny just for ZIGGIS!! staff is phenomenal, always friendly alwaysfast. Will continue coming here! Second time here! I ordered an Iced Salted Caramel with almond milk. To ensure customer safety only 15 people are allowed at a... time. The tables are spaced out so customers can work on their laptops distanced from others. Staff is friendly and welcoming!Definitely my go-to in Ankeny! Read more
If you've been following me you've noticed that I make coffee stops around the Des Moines area. Today was my first visit to the... Ziggi's at 18th and Irvinedale in Ankeny, and I gotta say it was a 5 star visit. Usually a pretty busy place, but on this earlyafternoon I was 2nd in line at the drive-up. Couple minutes later I was greeted my an enthusiastic employee on the speaker whotook my order of a plain decaf coffee with cream and sugar. Waited no more than a minute for the car in front of me to gettheir order, and I was at the window. VERY pleasant young lady, and we completed my purchase quickly. The coffee wasexcellent, and if you drink decaf, you that that ordering at a new place can be risky. The coffee was smooth, and didn't havethat metallic or bitter taste of some decafs.
