Ordered large hawaiian pizza fir delivery. Easy to order, however, when pizza arrived (looked amazing) we discovered the... sauce was barbecue sauce and not a red sauce that MOST Hawaiian style pizzas are made with. The problem was- my spouse isallergic to barbecue sauce. We had to throw a $41.00 pizza in the garage. Called the restaurant and was informed by a brightyoung man. "I should have known it was made with BBQ" when I ordered it. They are made with BBQ. I returned the favor andresponded with a professional response of. "I guess I will never order from here again". Poor customer service and lack ofdistinction that "their" hawaiian pizza is prepared with BBQ sauce. ???? Don't see it online?? Read more
Other than some confusion with our order, our food was ready and tasted good. The stuffed pizza is a lot like a calzone. I... probably wouldn?t get the specialty white stuffed pizza again. Rosati's is definitely one of our top places for pizza and we visit frequently. Just visit we had the Chicago deep dish style... pizza and it was to die for. They use quality ingredients and their pizzas have a perfect balance of cheese, sauce, andtoppings. The person I spoke with on the phone was also very courteous and professional. Read more
I chose this place for a carry out. My son went in, they handed him the pizza, and said "bye." He easily could have left w/o... paying but he reminded them he hadn't... the guy (probably new) then had trouble running a charge through (5+ mins), while pizzacooled off. I was the only one of the 3 of us who really didn't care for the pizza (bland, and no sauce???); the other 2 likedit, so an extra star for them... I'm crossing this place off our list. Read more

Honestly, I wasn?t going to do a review but since you asked?.. -Flavor was bland. -Crust was bad, no crunch and no flavor. It... was almost wet towards the middle. -I asked if the mushrooms were fresh or canned. I was told they were fresh but they wereclearly canned. This was very disappointing. -I ordered the 18? to get the free side with my Football Deal Card, they stillcharged me for the side even though I mentioned this deal twice. -The breadsticks had almost no seasoning and no flavor. Theywere pretty much just plain white bread. Granted you do get a lot of them. -I have no problem paying $35 for a 18? pizza withthree toppings, but when the pie is that bad the pricing is not reasonable. -So far this was the worst pizza I?ve had in the DesMoines area. My favorites are Eatery-A, Dough-Co, and even Papa John?s ranks miles ahead of Rosati?s. Read more
