I made an online order at 5:10. Called at 6:30 to check status because it said it was out for delivery at 5:45. I was told it... was just leaving and it should be delivered soon. Woah?.. Rude rude rude female employee working the front desk tonight (11/4/22) N ankeny blvd. She was yelling at her coworkers,... throwing food boxes with receipts flying all over, and verbally rude to customers walking in. Clearly needs an attitudeadjustment or a new job! Read more
Super Late, undercooked, and cold. Going to have to find something else to eat, after waiting an hour past estimated delivery... time. Hope I don't get sick from eating the raw dough, tossed it In The microwave to warm it up but it was still undercooked. Read more
Pizza was cold when ii got here. I got it an hour earlier than the time I scheduled and I also tipped on the app, but when... driver got here it didn't show on the receipt but price was as if I tipped. I feel like I tipped twice on cold pizza. Read more
So mad that they don?t have the bbq beef pizza anymore. That was the best pizza ever. Shame on them. Why would they do that to... their customers? We enjoyed the pizza we got but it wasn?t the pizza we wanted. Jeez Pizza Hut you need to bring it back andfast. Read more
Do not expect "contactless curbside" pick up here, as they will blatantly ignore the phone. Decided to give them another chance... after staying away several months due to being fed up with their minimum 90-minute delivery orders, even on weeknights. FiguredI'd pick up myself and opted for curbside due to recovering from a knee injury making it difficult to get in/out of the car. Pulled up in front at the pick-up time and called the store as directed, but they never answered the phone. After 15 minutes ofunanswered calls, watching priority given to customers going in, I painfully made my way inside and asked for my order. It wassitting right there ready to go, but none of the 6 employees I saw inside had the capacity to answer the still incessantlyringing phone. Upon arriving home, we had to heat up the pizza and breadsticks because they were barely warm, already tastinglike leftovers. Definitely regretted giving them another chance, especially with so many good, competitively priced pizzaplaces in the area that actually care about customer service. Where is the bottom of our pepperoni pizza? The other pizza is half pepperoni and half pepperoni and onion. They just threw some... onions on top and they caramelized and shrunk into strings. These were even the redo's that they made us, because the firstpizzas were so bad. I did not get pictures of them. I think I have finally learned my lesson about buying pizza at this PizzaHut. Couldnt order online and would give 0 stars if I could. Neither the staff nor manager cared, I guess this is the "new normal" I... will never go to any pizza hut ever again. I only hope more than the local branch manager can see these comments. Read more
