Edited to remove mention of broken AC. It has been fixed. The food was good, nice portion sizes for the price as well. I tried... the new Burrito Guapo which had a great presentation. Strips of chicken and steak draped over the top of the burrito which wascoated in either their red or green sauce. Slices of avocado were placed on top of the meats and then a jalapeño and onion wereskewered on top of it all. Read more

Ordered takeout online and picked up on a Friday evening. Busy as you would expect. My food was ready for me when I arrived, hot... and fresh. The hostess was friendly and personable. This was our first time at this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. A friend that went with us told us of the other... location in West Des Moines so we were excited. When we arrived we were able to get a seat right away. They have a veryextensive menu with a lot of different options. We each tried something different so we were able to taste a lot of the menu. The food was delicious and hot. From the time we ordered until we were eating was about 15 min. The high light dish wasfajitas. We were expecting the traditional sizzling plate with steak and veggies. This was NOT that, the fajitas came insideof a hollowed out pineapple. There were pineapple chunks in a sweet sauce that came on the side. It was probably one of thebest items of the night. We’ve had carryout here a couple times and dined in last week. The carryout has always been pretty good, nothing really that... knocked our socks off. Camarones a la diabla is what I tried this time and it was SPICY. And I love spicy foods ... I like thechicken tacos a la diabla, but the shrimp just had “hot” and not much more flavor.
