From where I should start with this Tim, order got erased, had to ask them until someone told me my order for erased. I have to... waited 25 minutes to receive a simple tim matin. Old lady was waiting 30 minutes for her soup, a soup. Staff chilling andlaughing having fun time in the kitchen rather than working. I ask the manager if that's how they work and is it normal for herto make customers wait 30 minutes, she rolled her eyes. Every customers in the line started to complain that it's always likethis and never changed. If you can avoid this Tim, avoid it, you will save 30 minutes and frustration. Owner needs to change,clearly it's mismanaged and abandoned by the owner for a while. If I could give 0 I will but 1 star is the minimumunfortunately. Read more
I dont now how this lication will survive no manager, team fighting amongst themselves, 15 minutes for coffe and bagel, line up... at drive thru very long. younger staff is way friendlier!!! Haitian tall men and the other haitian girl were too nice. i ordered on the tims app.. and... turns out it?s at the wrong location (there?s another tims not too far) the app choose the closest one for me, although itwasn?t the location i wanted. the guy let me choose my donuts and the girl took care of my order and called the other tim?s.their service is 5 star. -1 star because one older women wasn?t very nice?
