45 minutes wait in the drive through and i still didn't order. Mcdonald's is supposed to be there for speed and convenience...... if you can't do either... close your location. I ordered a medium black coffee and a Boston cream doughnut. Doughnut tasted stale or frozen and awful, my coffee came 2 cream... and 2 sugar. As it was drive thru was too far before i noticed. And stone cold???? How can you screw up such a simpke order?? Read more
Awful! First time I went the employees were rude, on their cellphone, had AirPods and did not wear a hairnet. Wrote to... McDonald?s and the MAPAQ concerning the matter. Never got news from McDonald?s? I went a second time because it was the closestand the situation is the same! 40 minutes waiting in the drive-through. I understand that they are short on personnel, but this is something else. Even if the... place was open, all doors were closed and the only way to get your order was through the drive-thru. Also, when we arrived tothe microphone noone answered and we had to advance to the first window where the girl whow as supposed to charge us was so niceto take our order.
