If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Placed my order through Uber eats and was told my order was ready for pick up at... 7:18pm - 30 mins after I placed the order. My husband arrived on time for pick up and our order wasn't ready untol 7:37pm.Absolutely ridiculous. This is the third time ordering from this osmows location and they have been notoriously slow everytime.They won't have my business ever again. Read more
I typically don?t do reviews at all good or bad but this experience was straight up bad. Went in to restaurant at about 19:10... with myself and my boyfriend. By 19:40, I had my food and started picking at it while my boyfriend still hadn?t had his. Weordered the same thing at the same time on the same order (Beef Half and Half). There was no problems with the food however weended up leaving as my boyfriend was starving and we still hadn?t gotten his food. The point of going to the restaurant was forus to eat together? not for him to watch me eat and then vice versa. There was also a few clients in the restaurant but itwasn?t jam packed. Read more

Nice food, helpful and welcoming staff. A good space to sit and eat Nothing the same for this time ! So awful, not travelling... all the way purposely from Barrie to eat too much salty fries and and leaking sandwiches!! Food was full of liquid salads andless amount of lamb than standard. Salt like nothing. I made a complain and the staff was asking me to have a free stuff as acompensation !! I did not accept his offer coz It's not a matter of having free or priced items it's the matter of respectingcustomer's intelligence!! Not any more recommended place to take out or dine in. Read more
We got beef shawarma platter and Greek salad. The photos do not do justice but they're SO GOOD. Great food, big portions,... compostable packaging, and quick delivery (they deliver to Borden). Can't go wrong Read more
Absolutely disgusting and will not be back. Was enjoying my food as I was starving and after I got into the middle of the wrap... and took a bite there was a piece of hair I pulled from the middle of the wrap. I know this was in there prior as it was themiddle of the wrap and not the starting of it and it was tide in and wrapped around the meat. Absolutely disgusted speciallywith Covid around not sure how clean your establishment really is. Read more

This particular Osmow's is the best in and around Barrie. I've tried them all. Very polite everytime I've gone in, will do... extras if you ask and the food is moist and exactly what I expect. Don't worry about the negative reviews. Things happen andpeople can't deal with it. Nothing but positives here from my experience. Read more
