I don't normally complain, but now I think people need to know. Something has changed here, I went once inside last week and... once in drive thru this week. same thing. it took over 22 min to get 2 junior burgers, with only one person in front of me bothtimes. I could see exactly what was happening, nothing, wouldn't even start to cook my order until the other order was done. Itwas like they are doing a silent protest. I said to myself I wouldn't go back after last weeks experience, my mistake I wentback, and today, my burger they piled on a ton of relish which I hate and did not ask for. Sorry to say but there is a verylarge wide lady working the cash both times, incredibly slow, not normal at all, something is off with her deminer, and a middleaged lady manager just standing there. Go there once every week or 2. While my orders have been fine, my wifes hasn't been last 2 times. Not sure if its new employees... training. How hard is everything but tomatoes on the burger?! Read more
SUPER SLOW. Every time in drive thru.....ordered online today get there to pick up...CLOSED Inside note says to call. UNABLE to... get thru...had to wait FIFTEEN MINUTES in drive thru..while my food sits on a counter getting cold. I came in last night with my family and had the pleasure of having Meghan serve us. She was so inviting and made everyone feel... so welcomed. She had everyone in the line smiling, laughing and talking while we waited for our food. I could tell the food wasfresh and made to order. Hi, I don?t really post my feedback on anything but this time I couldn?t stop myself from posting this comment after having that... delicious Crispy chicken burger and Onion rings both were amazing and something new in taste. I recommend each and everyone totry these dishes if you ever visit Harvey. I asked someone for the name of the person who was cooking and got to know theperson's name was Krishna I don?t know if you will ever see this review or not but thanks a lot for making my visit special andworthwhile. Came in for a lunch date with my 17 month old (our first one together!) & had such a great meal! He tried out the Mac n? cheese... balls, which were a big hit, and I had the quarter chicken meal. Both were delicious! The staff were incredible, and Sarah wentabove and beyond for us! Cannot recommend this place enough!!! Read more
Nice fresh oil for the onion rings. Better than normal today. Fresh bun on the burger and even offered extra pickles.
Extremely long wait time. Pulled in at 11:30 to order two combos and then pulled up to the window and was not greeted by anyone... for over 5 minutes. After getting my drinks I waited for another 10 minutes before receiving my food. Stale buns, undercookedfries. Honestly, I hope all of these mega corporations crumble, they are playing the COVID card for too long now, and serviceeverywhere is horrible, wait times are long, and prices are higher. Taking my business to family owned spots where they trulycare about customers and staff. Read more
