Normally we order from Dominoes and it is very good however tonight was terrible. We used the so called app to tell us when our... pizza was ready and drove to pick it up. One was ready but the other had been forgotten. It took twenty minutes by the timewhich it was ready when our other one was the freezing cold and looked old. I ordered from here on a Sunday night and took well over an hour to get my food. On my online email receipt it said 27-37... minutes. I placed my order online at 9:50, I called at 10:54; an hour later and the person said the delivery driver ?forgot? myorder there. I waited another half an hour until 11:27 and it still wasn?t delivered so I called to cancel my order. Forreference the shop is 5Kms away from my house. It should not take this long. Not impressed. This location in angus always takes the rewards program coupons. Most of the time they take it and never give it to you. I have... called them asked why is that? The response we got, ?we forgot to give it to you?. Even today I ordered and the pizza box ismissing the rewards code. I called and they said they applied it to my account already. I logged on to my rewards accountnothing is on it. They lie a lot. Also the pizza is not always good it?s hit and miss with these guys. I will be eating fromdifferent pizza franchises all together. Not happy with the quality control. Undercooked pizza almost every time now and the last order tasted like the person who made... it soaked their hands in cologne then made my pizza. And I would appreciate my food not being left on the front porch. NormallyI wouldn't complain however its been consistently disappointing service. Read more
Staple big chain, good consistency with food, delivery times could be better
We ordered a pizza for pick up about a month ago what a very good pie, we were impressed. We ordered one tonight and what a... disappointment. The crust was dry, the onions and tomatoes were in huge pieces and not thinly sliced like before. It was throwntogether with no care at all. We ordered double cheese and barely had any cheese on it. What a disappointment. This was one ofthe worst pizzas I have ever had. We have not ordered pizza in years due to the lousy quality of the other stores in our littletown. We thought we found a good pizza place but to our dismay we cannot order pizza again in our town. So sad Read more
