I gotta say after trying multiple local BBQ places this one takes the win. We have been taste testing places to cater for our... wedding and after giving this place I try I am greatly impressed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is as much aBBQ fan as I am. They aren't as commercialized as some of the other places around and you can tell in the quality of food allthe way down the sauce. I stopped in and ordered pulled chicken, pulled pork, baked beans, Mac and cheese, hushpuppies, and ofcourse some burnt ends. The burnt ends are by far the best i have had in a long while. If you are looking for good food thendefinitely stop in and grab some food. The staff is friendly and very quick with getting your food out. Excellent experience! Quick service. The cook was friendly and seemed super happy to see people coming in. The food was... a-ma-zing. From the brisket, to the BBQ slaw, to the hushpuppies. One of those meals that makes you take a moment to savor theflavor. Read more
1st time customer today. Staff was very friendly and service was fast but food was not very good. My son and I couldn't even eat... the coleslaw it had no flavor. Hushpuppies and pulled pork were good but portions are small for the price. We were verydisappointed in the quality of the food. Read more
The pork plate is an excellent value. For $10 they serve semi-chopped pork BBQ, excellent texture, slight smoke flavor, moist... and lean. It comes with one of three different slaws. Don't leave without the jalapeno hush puppies! They come with an aoli todip, so yum and I'm not a dip fan. Read more
Most tender brisket I have ever gotten from any woodfired smoker. I didn't pick up a knife but didn't need one, it just falls... apart with a fork. sauces were tasty, and mac and cheese and Beans were done in house and very good. Some would say theMac&Cheese was bland but you can't compare it to Kraft out of the box stuff. This was cheesy and a dash of salt and pepper wasall that was needed. Jalapeño slaw was good, and I don't like coleslaw. We'll be back next week for Ribs! EDIT: We got someburnt ends before we left (Thank you!) They were OUTSTANDING.
