The food is great! The two stars is because of the drive through and employees. It?s comical how bad these people are at taking... orders in the drive through lol. The last 10 times i?ve been here they missed something, got confused, or just gave me the wrongorder completely. One time my bf and I were at the drive through window for nine minutes, handing things back and forth to theemployees because they just could not figure out our four item order. I feet bad for laughing but it was absolutely ridiculoushaha. I?m patient and I work with them until they get it right but most people probably aren?t so kind. Maybe do some drive thrutraining with this bunch so they can get a grip lol. Read more

I love this Dunkin! I am happy they are even open considering the employee shortages right now. All staff is super friendly and... courteous. This place is always a zoo and they are dealing with people who haven?t had their coffee yet. Five stars for Dunkinin Andover! Read more

I never do reviews but I?m sorry this was the worst experience I?ve ever had through a drive through. I get up to the speaker... and order, the worker is barley communicating/ confirming my order, after I was done ordering she didn?t tell me the total oreven to pull up to the window she just went silent for about 2 minutes before I pulled up myself. I get to the window, shedidn?t speak a word handing me my card back or my drink and the food I got. Not even a ?have a nice day!? Or something. Idkdefinetly lacking and the maple bacon does not taste like maple whatsoever it?s just straight up bacon. ???? Read more

It was a very disappointing experience. I was overcharged and the drink maker was rude. I had heard there was a sale on... coldbrew, a medium for $3, so I wanted to try it even though I usually go for something sweeter. When I got to the store I askedif the medium cold brew was still on sale for $3 and she said yes, so I bought one. However when I checked my receipt she hadcharged me $4.39 (a 46% increase from the price she had quoted me less than 30 seconds earlier). When I got my drink I asked thedrink maker (there was a line of people waiting to order and I didn't want to budge to ask the cashier a question that may havebeen a simple misunderstanding) about the price difference and she was very rude and condescending when she told me the sale hadended earlier. I went back to the cashier and told her what the drink maker had told me and the cashier said she thought thedrinks were still on sale because there was a sign advertising it in the window. I then asked the cashier if she would credit meback the amount she had overcharged me but she was unwilling to credit me back the amount. I had to go or I would have been lateto a meeting, but I was very disappointed in my visit. If I knew the cold brew was going to be that much I would have gottensomething else like a latte instead. Saw the previous review about ice and thought, meh, I?ll still give it a chance and drive to this location rather than the one I... usually go to, since Andover is closer. Definitely experienced the same thing? swear it was two sips and then all ice. Glad Ibought an iced coffee so I could combine the two and make a whole drink. Read more

This location made the BEST frozen coffee with a caramel drizzle I EVER had! I stopped on a busy Saturday morning, and was... worried the Dunkin? Gods would curse me with a lack luster drink. Thankfully, they did not. I don?t know who made my drink, butthat person should train everyone. It was perfection! Read more

Hit or miss, why so much ice? Or was I getting lucky all the other times with barley ice and lots of drink? This much ice it's... like 4 sips and the drink gone.. The brown sugar foam coffee was good! Hashbrowns were burnt, didn't get a picture bc mytoddler will eat anything Croissant tasted old? Like old oil/butter? Read more

I love Dunkin Donuts don't get me wrong I love their ice coffee but when your order is messed up almost every time you come to... the store like I'm paying for nothing. Communication in a workplace is key. I understand a lot of places don't have enoughemployees I'm more than patient I am tired of paying for something when it's not even what I ordered. Read more
