The place is great but the customer service sucks. They cannot handle the heat/pressure of being busy at all. Stood at the... counter for 15-20 minutes cause I get it?s busy but for not even one employee to acknowledge that you are standing there waitingto place an order and then when you ask them and don?t even help and just says someone will be with you momentarily. The adapted bowling is amazing to watch. The bowling coach ?spider-man? is really good with the kids. He makes them laugh,... cheers them on, and even shows him his bowling tricks. I enjoy coming to Andover Lanes Wednesday nights with my friends to cheeron my little cousin! Read more
Clean facility. Disco lights after 7pm should be for disco goers, not our family. These lights shine in your eyes. Food has... improved from months earlier. Good staff. Expect close to $200 for party of 7 which includes shoes but not food. Soft drinksserved in glass- charge $4 per soft drink. Will go again if we can save up the money. Read more
On 5/9/2022 after my son bowled we were planning on eating here and no body came to us to take our order on the bar side. Two... people that were behind the counter did not bother to come to us they just continued to talk to customers that were sitting atthe bar. I will only come here for my sons bowling team and go somewhere else now on for open bowling on weekends. Only oneworker is not rude here and I always get service with her but rest of the workers are rude and not helpful at all. They look atyou but don?t help. I came here with my wife and daughter who is 2 years old. The front check on staff for bowling were friendly and we got our... lane, 50 dollars later. However they start the timer before you even start bowling. So order your food before you pay for thelane. We ordered simple food. Fries and a chicken wrap. It took 50 minutes. By the time we got the food our time was up forbowling. The server drops off the food, no napkins or apology for the extreme delay. I didn?t want to create a scene or act likea Karen, so all I can do is ignore it, act like the service was acceptable, move on and post a review.
