I visit this DD 5 days a week as its on my way to work. Most of the time its the normal routine but today I was stunned at the... customer service (lack of) that was given by one of DD employee working the register. Kiana felt as though we owe her somethingand was rushing everything for no reason. Best part when I said I would reach out to DD she laughed and said they needemployees, and nothing will come of it.. Worst dunks. Ever! Lived in thus area for 3 years and it has gotten worse! The employees are miserable and they have no... organization skills at all! Very bad customer service. They need to replace the lady at the front. She is super rude to the staff and the customers. we went there a few times as we were staying a few feet away in Marriott Courtyard. visiting with family. This place is super... rushed and each time we went they go the order wrong. at one point the didnt give us sides of cream cheese and ordered .Havingto go back to pick up, the server at this point doubted that they missed the cream cheese.
