I opened this store so I might be admittedly biased but I now work across the street and have been there three times. The... quality has gone SO far down. I've gotten sick twice after consuming my drinks. There is a blonde woman who works there whoseems to HATE everything about her job. Also their line management is a joke. No one works as a team. I was having a stressful day but as soon as I walked in I felt the calm and relaxing vibes of this place. The staff was... welcoming and the food and drinks were delicious. This is a fantastic place to go read or finish a bit of office work you mayhave or to simply seat and enjoy a heart warming cup of coffee. Read more

Convenient location on the Main Street Andover with street parking available. Outdoor and indoor seating available but it?s... often busy. Visited here for breakfast and pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegetarian, vegan options. Tried the veganprotein egg and cheese sandwich and it?s absolutely delicious. The flavor of the vegan protein was great combined with the eggand cheese on the bread is awesome. And another item egg and cheese on croissant was not bad. It would be better if they make itto order instead of just barely warming it up. Service was good and the staff were friendly. Read more

Terrible service. Lousy espresso. Bathrooms were filthy. I ordered a double espresso from the indifferent barista on Sat.... 5/28/22 @ 3:15pm. While waiting for the espresso I used the restroom. Ugh... Picked up my espresso on the way out and tasted it.It was flat, tasted off, had no crema at all. Looks like someone needs additional training. Won't be coming back to thislocation. Read more
Amazing coffee. Absolutely delightful coffee shop and coffee with a great, relaxing atmosphere. The line moves extra slow but... the coffee is worth it... Likely that was first made evident by the ever present line. I didn't sample any of the food ordessert but it looked wonderful. Pricing for coffee is extremely reasonable. I wouldn't say 'cheap' but it's definitely lessthan Starbucks. As a heads-up... Their sign inside said "nitro cold brew based on availability"... that was proven to be false.They do not carry nitro cold brew. Read more
