I remember Zaxbys being alot better than they are. Past three times I've been there they've cheated me in some way. I didn't... bother going back cause if u have a business where your employees are too busy clowning around than paying attention to thecustomer then whats the point. To me, it just shows what kind of owner employs "children ". I don't go as often anymore cause Idon't appreciate what little attention is given to me when I go. For example, McDonald's may screw up orders, but at least, forthe most part, they listen and have a decent attitude about it. Read more

Ordered a #2 chicken fingers plate with coleslaw. At the window I asked for zax sauce. Operator told me it came with zax sauce.... I drive back to work and sit down to eat on my 30 min break. They did not put any sauce or a fork in my bag after I was toldthey did. I called to let them know( not the first time its happened)nothing was offered for my inconvenience other than anapology. They person on the phone asked me to come back another day to get sauce. How was that helping with the food Iordered? Read more

I found the food very good, however it was pricey. What my family and I wanted was priced out of reach. I understand prices... have gone up for everyone. We ended up ordering just the #1. Zaxbys will be a place we visit for a treat, not for to go to goon a regular basis. Read more

The young lady running the window today was out of it I was there at a slow time .. I said.. " hi how are you ?" She said "... here u go" I replied, " I hope you have a better day"... she said . The girl on front was very nice and you could see they might of been a little short handed! When you see 2 guys running to :one... where i could see fries and then back to a station making sandwiches even if it is a little slow I would come back! Knew the person who took out order in the drive through didn't get it right so when we pulled up to the window we thought we... would do damage control by correcting the order. Still managed to get the order wrong and had us park to wait on a straw andtomato. Had to eventually walk in and just ask since it was taking so long. They even had the nerve to try and charge me anadditional fee for the tomato they forgot. The icing on the cake is that while I was up at the counter ANOTHER person came upwith the wrong order and after the whole interaction the two other people waiting in line just left. Read more

I gotten food at Zaxbys on 81 E Greenville St Anderson Sc & I am very disappointed! Cold food, fries UNDONE, salad was not... prepared properly & zaxbys has one of the best salads around so I was very disappointed in that, hot tea with no ice, missingsauces that was ordered I mean $37.75 wasted ! I did come near closing about 9:30 to 9:45 but I would've rather gotten a heywe're closed rather me paying almost $40 for disgusting food. I never have these issues on Zaxbys on Clemson Blvd now I've spentmoney for no reason. Read more
