When they are short staffed, they lock the doors, closing the dining room down so that you have to use the drive thru. The... burgers are still delicious, and the fries( which I never really cared for) surprisingly have been fantastic !! The wait time isprobably going to be a little bit longer and you might want to check your order before you drive away. The employees that arestill there working look like either they don't know what to do or they have to do everything because no one else can, whichmakes them look super stressed out. Read more
Me and my crew stopped by from in the fire truck so we couldn't go through the drive through. They wouldn't let us in to order.... And we were told it not their problem that the fire truck couldn't fit in drive through. I'm not saying it was wrong but itcould've went better than how they treated us. So sonics happily served us. I eat often at Windy's but I have learned the hard way to check your order cuz about 50 percent of the time they leave out part... of your order or give you something you did not order.. the last time I went I forgot to check so I had to go back for my veggysalad that I had paid for but they gave me a beacon salad instead but I like the food when I get what I ordered Read more
