We ordered (2) Sonic Cheese Burgers with lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise only. Our ordered ended up being (1) Sonic Cheese... Burger with ketchup and onions. To top that THE BURGER WAS COLD & DRY!!! We know it was the correct order because we saw thatit came up as 1 Burger on the screen after we placed the order. We wasn't going to say anything about the number of burgersbeing wrong, but after getting a burger that was not what we ordered and it was cold, well here is your review!!!! Ordered a small Snickers blast. Sign by car said it was $3.39 without tax when we got it the price was $4.73 with tax. We ask... why and he said they are $4.39 plus tax. The item was very good but the signage should be updated! This could have caused a realproblem for someone who was counting on the price being correct. Read more
Really wish I could give it zero stars. We had three separate orders. Each time an order was brought out, something was missing... or wrong. I?m sure they were frustrated with walking back and forth but no one would stay by the car while we checked ourorders. When I tried getting their attention over the speaker, I was rudely cut off and told to tell the carhop our issues. Imiss when coming here was a nice, fun thing to do with family. Now it?s just another frustrating restaurant that doesn?t careabout their customers. Read more
The worst sonic I have ever been to. Everything was barley warm. The chicken was getting hard. They forgot an order of tots, all... the sauce and napkins. Went back through drive thru and had to send a cheese burger back cause the meat was burnt and old. Theymade a new one however it was so covered in grease it was leaking out the bottom of the bag. Worse Sonic I've ever been to. We parked car and sat at the little tables out front.. Person that took my order sounded really... rude over intercom. Wait time on food was a little long but not too bad BUT we did see other customers sitting at their carstations waiting FOREVER on their food to the point that they got out and went up to the employees kitchen to see what was goingon (multiple customers did this). Trash cans out front were overflowing with trash and we couldn't even throw our stuff awaywhen done. We went fairly early for lunch time so it had to be from the night before. Bathrooms were DISGUSTING!! My 11 year olddaughter went in and came right back out. She refused to use them. Food was okay. Order was correct. They definitely need somepointers on customer service and cleanliness. Read more
This location is almost always extremely slow so I placed a mobile order ahead of time. I arrived at the time it said my order... would be complete and the app said someone would be out shortly with my order. After 30 mins after it said my order would beready, I had to go inside to ask someone what had happened to my food. Manager had no idea what they were doing. I had to tellthem what was in my order. More times goes by and they finally bring out my order. Apparently, my food had just been sittingout and no one bothered to bring it to me. Half the order was so cold and soggy I had to just throw it away. The slush hadcompletely melted and was just flavored liquid. A vehicle beside me had to wait just as long for just a DRINK. I would havejust left but I had already paid ahead. This location has no business even offering online ordering when they can't evenhandle the customers in the drive thru line. Won't be back.
