Last 2 times here the lettuce for salad was wilted and turning brown. Put less out if it is turning to quickly. I?m paying for a... salad bar but lettuce is nasty and most of items on bar are drying out and need stirred or replaced with fresh. I?ve come at5:30 dinner the salad bar should be fresh. Great pizza and service first time eating there. Didn't know the price was $14 for buffet and a drink though only ate 4 pieces... of pizza and a small salad but quality of cheese and toppings was great. Read more
I use to love this place but the service has gone way down hill. 5 people at a table and no one came to get the dishes. After... everyone's drinks had run out, the waitress finally came by to refill at which point we explained that we drink a lot and shesaid no problem. She finally came back at the end of the meal to offer refills. I'm all for supporting local but when 4 or moreemployees walking around and completely ignoring us, it will be a while before I come back Read more
Honest review. A few notes 1.The pizza was bland. Felt like eating cardboard. It wasnt terrible but i would rather just go get... little ceasars. 2. When i paid they asked "would you like cash back for a tip?" At a buffet.. 3. The sign really alienates halfyour business. With all the division you should accept everyone. Pizza not politics. This place has always been great. (my opinion). The staff USE TO BE wonderful. Something has definitely changed here. We walked... in, paid, and sat ourselves. That part was ok. As we were fixing our plates, a staff waitress approached me and asked if wecould change tables. A group of 7 wanted to sit at the 4 seat high top table my family was occupying. That being said, therewere MULTIPLE tables in this restaurant that were completely empty (photo). So the people that asked wanted to begin an argumentand the staff done absolutely nothing. Meanwhile after this situation somewhat calmed, staff were placing pizza on the buffetand then returning with plates and fixing their plates to eat. That?s fine, they have to eat as well but that needs to behandled differently also. Management needs to step up their game. I am usually pleased with Pizza Buffet. I order the kind of pizza that I want. While I wait I have a salad. I like their pizza... and salad bar. They offer many different kinds of pizza. Cheese, pepperoni, bacon, sausage, taco, ranch BBQ chicken, alldifferent kinds too many to name them all. They also offer cheese bread as well as dessert. Chocolate chip and strawberry is twoof their customers favorite. My favorite is the salad bar. Choice of lettuce unless you'd like both. Cheese, eggs, cucumbers,tomatoes, bacon bits, croutons, macaroni salad, potato salad, pineapples, broccoli, ham, a little bit of everything. I justcan't remember all of it. As far as the spaghetti sometimes it tastes water down or dried out. Sometimes the noodles are mushy.That's the only complaint. Everyone is nice and they always keep an eye on our drinks. Thanks for all your hard work. Therenovation looks good too. I had told my husband that if any company needed to do any work on their business during the covidwould be the right time. I enjoy the laid back atmosphere at Pizza Buffet. They have a small but well appointed salad bar and a pizza bar that includes... spaghetti and another pasta dish as well as several dessert pizzas. They've added outdoor seating which is enclosed duringcooler weather. Add to that a party room and Pizza Buffet is a great go-to for any occasion. Love it!! Read more
