I understand that at lunch, it takes a bit longer. But waiting ten minutes to get food, come on. Had an car in each parking spot... on right hand side of drive though. One at front door, one pre window and the line around the building. Read more
Burnt Patty's both visits. Patty's are the same size on a Big Mac as they are the small burgers, not like they used to be years... ago. Big Mac was the hamburger to get back when not now though. Quarter Pounder is not the same either, this place is sinkinglow. Read more
I placed a mobile order and picked up at curbside. When the two girls brought it out I told them that the two small teas and one... large tea was not supposed to have ice. One girl said you should order it that way, I told her I did. I have the three cups withice in them to the other girl she said we can?t take those back I asked her if she could throw them away then. Reluctantly shetook them. I waited 8 minutes and still didn?t get my three teas. I went in the two girls were behind the wall where I couldn?tsee them. I told them I was coming in for the sweet teas with no ice and also proceeded to show them where I ordered no ice andtold them the girl was rude. Then there was four employees looking at the screen .. sure enough no ice. No apologies for notbringing them out, no apologies for the rudeness, nothing! This is not the first time the employees at this location have beenrude and unacceptable. This location will not get out business anymore! Read more
This one is our favorite because the manager is always attentive and caring. The seniors that come get help walking out to their... car if they need it. We have older family and special needs and are very touched to see employees that truly care. The food isalways hot and delicious as well for an unbeatable price. Read more
I have to give a 3 star but it is with a lengthy explanation. Due to events I have to look at things more than a foodie at this... time. I waited for 13 minutes in line before my order was taken. I was the only one in line. They were so understaffed it wasn'tfunny. I placed my order then waited 20 mins for my food. A food preparation member had to make 10+ orders then was asked to bagaswell. The food was lukewarm when I got it but never the less done to specifics. The other customers were complaining andwalking out, but due to my experience in the industry I was understanding of the citation. They were doing their best with whatthey had. Would not stop for a "quick" bite but would if I want my food done correctly. Overall notes. 4 star for accuracy butspeed of service was a 1. So divide the result and 3 star overall isn't that bad. As usual I feel as if they are just to consumed with other things. The McDonald's enterprise is packed with good food at a cheap... price. But with that comes a cost. Quality. Read more
So I had stopped going to McDonald's to eat cuz the one in my area sucks. Decided to try a different location and it was like... night and day. The customer service was great the manager on duty was amazing. The wait time for food was short and nothing wasmessed up in my order. If I go eat it'll be to this McDonald's and not the other one.
