We order from here periodically. The specials aren't always great and sometimes hard to find but the food always tastes good. ... The service is always inconsistent, sometimes friendly sometimes rude. Also the app is not fluid, it resets to different sizeswhen you think you've ordered extra large to large when sharing with others. Very frustrating. Read more

NOT THE MARCOS PIZZA IT USED TO BE!!!! I ordered online tracked my order. When I got to the store they hadn't even begin to... make my pizza. I ordered that pizza so I could eat with my son for lunch. I tried to pick something up and still make it but wasunable to have lunch with him. Decent food, but the service is mind-warpingly bad. Strike one was mayo on a sub when I specifically asked for none. They... delivered a new one. I?m annoyed, but I don?t think it?s the end of the world. Gave this location a second chance, and I waitedtwo hours for my food to show up. Tried calling, but I was on hold so long I had to give up. Somehow, it arrived at like 10pmwith no explanation as to why it was so late. Never had this experience with any other local restaurants. I sent in a surveyindicating my problems. Guy gets back to me to say he?ll get back with me. Never heard back from him. Sent follow-up email thatwas also ignored. I understand there might be a staff shortage or something, but I?ve never had problems like this with anyother local restaurant. The indifference to customer satisfaction is why I?ll never be back. Would give zero stars today if I could. I let the lady know what coupons I had before giving order, and she said corporate keeps... sending them out but they aren?t accepting them anymore even though the expiration date is for the end of this month. That?sfine, I get it. I asked her what they are accepting at the moment and her reply was ?not those?. Tried to understand that maybeshe?s having a bad day, but then she kept cutting me off as I asked questions, and was just extremely rude. Then she says theyare short staffed and just hangs up on me mid-question. I waited on the phone for 7 minutes before she even picked up. I?m justbaffled, but going to believe she is just having a rough one. Needless to say, I?m getting pizza elsewhere this evening. Read more
Went in for my birthday cheese sticks and as always it was fantastic. The cheese sticks came with pizza sauce and ranch. The man... working was very quick and nice. There's plenty of room if you have a group eating in. The first time I ever had Marcos was inGreenwood Sc. at a grand opening party. The food was amazing and soooooooo much cheese. It seems now they have scaled back onthe cheese which is sad but its still delicious! Close to the women's hospital, Walmart, Publix, and assisted living facilities.There's even a arcade and ice cream shop not far for some dessert. Read more
