I went through the drive thru and that was fine. I was told to park in the 1st parking spot to wait on my order. Several cars... left with food. I thought maybe they had to cook the popcorn chicken for my Mac and cheese bowl. I waited for almost 20 minutesand no one came out to bring my food or say anything. So, I went inside to find out my food was given to the car that was givento another drive thru customer. I got a sorry and they recooked my order. Read more
Ordered through KFC phone ap 90 minutes ahead of time for pick up. Got to store 10 minutes early, but was fine to wait. Was... informed order could not be filled as ordered (they only had original recipe instead of the extra crispy). We asked if theycould cancel the order for a refund, but no one knew how to do that. The store workers did not know anything about theirmobile ap, which is a corporate problem. There was no way to get a refund that anyone knew. I would not have given 2 stars, butthe manager worked with us to piece together an order to take home. But my choice was to accept the offered order or lose $60,so please let my experience caution others using the KFC ap, if nothing else. Read more

We were going there before the pandemic. We really enjoyed being able to go in to eat. We have been having to go thru the drive... thru now. The food is still good. We usually get the 20$ fill up. Your choice of 8 original or 8 extra crispy or 12 strips.Comes with 4 biscuits, a large Cole slaw, and 2 large mashed potatoes and gravy. As everyone knows you can change one mashedpotatoes to another choice like macaroni and cheese. This is an awesome deal. The food is always hot and good. This is a quickway to feed the family and not have to wash dishes. As long as you have paper plates and plasticware. Just have some patiencebecause as you know most places have been short handed because of the pandemic. So just be thankful for the workers that do showup everyday. I am thankful for the restaurants that have been opened and been able to provide the public with service. Thank youall for all your hard work not just at KFC but all restaurants. Read more
I honestly really love KFC but lately there mashed potatoes been tasting kinda weird and sour. Maybe its spoiled or expired but... already last few times I've gotten it and it tastes sour. I dont know whats going on. Read more
If yall knew what's really happening in the back of house you wouldn't eat here. From poorly treated staff to bug infestations... this place is the worst of the worse. Old chicken is served past its expiration time so if you feel like your chicken isn'tfresh it's because its been sitting there since before they opened at 10 am. Manager took away senior citizen drinks anddiscounts so that her food costs will stay low and she can bonus out. Only families and clichs are allowed in the back of houseotherwise they discriminate and treat you poorly. Besides the filth, bugs, and old food just the way they treat employees isenough to say go somewhere else. Read more
