Came to this place with high hopes, bathrooms were very clean, but clearly, the food was not. Ordered a ham and cheese omelet... and found a hair stuck in the cheese into my food. The cook doesn?t wear a hair net; only a hat on his head with his hair pulledback. Clearly, it?s not enough. My hashbrowns I had ordered were very chewy and some pieces were hard. Almost $70 meal for four people (one kid). Asked for no onions on my sons burger. It came out with onions. Pointed it out to the... server; still came back with onions. Ordered chicken fajita omelet, only ½ was stuffed. Other ½ was just empty egg. Same withmy husband's build your own omelet. Never got a couple things we asked for from the server as well. We were super frequentvisitors here but this has happened past 2-3 times we've been here (even when very slow). Read more
Took nearly 10 min for any employee to notice we were there even though there were only half a dozen tables with patrons. ... Service was subpar and cooks had unkempt hair sticking out to the sides and back from under their baseball caps. The bathroomwas absolutely trashed. Read more
We had stopped going to Denny's for awhile because of the service. My mom wanted it so I took her. Everywhere is understaffed... but when we walked in we saw one server for the whole restaurant and she did not get flustered nor upset she always had a smileon her face and was very pleasant all while serving 10+ tables alone! She ran that restaurant with no flaws and that shouldreally be recognized! Her name was Shanessa (Nay) if no one else tells you just know you were amazing and made our experiencewonderful ?? Our waitress was a one-woman show despite the other servers being there. She not only worked the area across the restaurant but... took us on as well when she noticed no one had taken care of us. It sucks when you can?t get good help nowadays, and we justwanted to say her efforts did not go unnoticed. Our food was amazing as well however the cold brew coffee was bitter and theonly creamer offered was half and half. Read more
We came in around lunch time and they weren't very busy. We placed our order, a fairly basic one and 45 minutes later we still... hadn't been served our food. Groups that came in after us were served before us. We walked out. No wonder Ihop is goingunder. We will NEVER be back! Waffle House served us within 5 minutes. Food was Excellent, Service was Excellent, wait time to eat food was slow. I believe there were possibly quite a few new hires... that may have been the cause for the wait. I?ll forgive that, always. Read more
It was almost an hour wait. They were out of almost everything. It did not taste that good anyway. The service was awful. Orders... were wrong. I do not recommend. The staf were yelling at eachother. Plates were droped. Somone got cut and they were yellingabout it. Note, next time don't go to Ihop. Read more
