Let me say I read reviews before trying a new place, so with that been said the 1st review I seen was about management was not a... good review but let me tell you about my experience I came here today to try a patty melt. The restaurant was so clean I neverseen a place so clean and so I thought this I gonna be a good experience a young man by the name of Randy took my order he wasvery polite and helped me decide what to get he was very patient with me which more restaurants should more employees like him,after I got my order I started to eat and the food was nice and fresh after I got done I asked to speak with an Manger and theyoung man randy came he asked was something wrong I replied with no I just wanted to tell him I admire how clean Freddy's was Ihave been to other restaurants in the area and nobody in the area establishment is as clean as this freddys he smiled and saidthank you he asked can I get you anything else I said I wanted to try a Custard he told me about the different kinds that wasdelicious as well. We had the BEST experience tonight. The young man ordering station was so friendly and helped us choose what to eat. They... checked on us asking if we needed anything and we?re very accommodating to our small children. The supervisor took our IceCreamorder and my daughter blurted out ?no red? because she has a red dye allergy and he put the m&m?s in a bowl and picked out thereds just for her! Always love their fries and a good steak burger.

The food is always great but the store cleanliness and service are often lacking. It seems to me to be more of a management or... ownership challenge than employee problems. I know good help is hard to find these days but in this case multiple times theemployees seem to be trying but also seem to be ill equipped which is a management problem. Usually this restaurant is really good and amazing food but tonight (9/11/2022) they messed up most of our order. Whoever the... two guys that were working the drive thru window put in our orders wrong. I asked to eliminate an item on my burger and theystill put it on, my boyfriend asked for a certain sauce On his burger and they did not do that either. I went here to get some fries for my daughter and something quick for myself. I literally waited for 7 minutes to place my order... and the guy never came on the mic to place my order. Two cars were in front of my waiting at the window and a car was behind me.I decided to just drive to the window to order. When i got to the window the person did not greet me and i had to get the guy?sattention to ask him if he was going to take my order. I kept my calm even though at this point I?m very upset at the lack ofcustomer service. He takes my order and I specifically request fresh fries. As I?m waiting I?m noticing how dirty the kitchenarea is inside. So lack of customer service and dirty establishment. It takes at least four mins to make fresh fries and if itaste it then it should be hot. The fries were lukewarm and so were my onion rings. I tell the guy these fries aren?t fresh andhe literally looks at me to say yes it is. I tell him i tasted it and it didn?t burn my tongue and it?s not even hot it?slukewarm and i just placed this order and he handed my food to me in less than 4 mins. No the fries, onions were not fresh, thecustomer service was horrible and the establishment is dirty. Short staff maybe but whomever is over this fast foodestablishment is not managing it properly. Freddie's has great food, but they have employees who do not care how they run their job. I was in there one day and 2 guys were... hanging out the drive thru window talking to a guy. They guy was trying to pay for his food and the one guy kept telling himthat he didn't have to pay. No one offered to help me while they were playing and giving food away for free. I would like somefree food. I finally asked who the manager was and the young white guy said, I am one of them. Which was one of the guy'shanging out the window giving food away free and letting me stand there and not even know I was in there. The music wasHORRIBLE. Not a normal Freddie's that I am used to. The next day I went back different employees. It was pick up time for myorder. The girl told me that she had 3 large orders a head of mine and she had NO IDEA how long mine would be. They are going towind up shutting the place down if it doesn't get any better than it is. They need employees with responsibility and managementalso. I was a food service supervisor at Perry and I never had any inmates run a job as bad as these employees did. I take pridein my job. The manager or owner needs to put up cameras or check the cameras.
