I ordered from the domino?s on North main st and it was the worst experience. They messed up our order so we called for a... replacement and upon receiving they asked for the original pizza back even after it was eaten off of. The delivery driverspecifically told me not to worry about it because there was a lot of confusion. I then received such a sweet voicemail fromthem saying to never order from them again. So I would highly suggest not ordering from this location due to the rude andunprofessional customer service I received especially since it was a mistake on their end. Read more
Never again will I order from this store they are unprofessional and the manger was yelling at a 16 year old boy making fun of... him and the boy quit. Every time I?ve been up there they are always picking on the younger staff and never treating therecustomers right and just hanging out there is no professionalism at all. Read more

I ordered 1 pizza and 1 order if lava cakes and when I got to the pickup window, the man tells me to pull in a parking spot, it... would be about 10 more minutes. I waited and waited and ended up pulling back to the window 2 more times about 20 minutes apart.Finally after it had been around 55 minutes total, I pulled back up and the lady tells me it's still not ready so I asked herwhen would it be ready and told her it was supposed to have been ready at least 45 minutes ago, she says "well I can't help itit's still not ready"! So I asked for a refund and she called a manager over to do the refund. The manager didn't evenacknowledge me, then the lady tells me that my refund was issued. It's now been about 30-45 minutes since I left there andthere's still no refund. They never apologized or anything. They were just acting hateful from the beginning. I've never been so frustrated. I ordered from Dominos on N. Main, and spent $50 dollars. So me and my family have been sick... going on a month! I didn't feel like cooking tonight nor did I have a car to go get something else before anyone rips my soulout over ranting. So back to the story, The pizza thing said complete after 50 minutes after being ordered, but there was nopizza or driver in site. So I called, was on hold for 25 minutes getting switched from one person to the next. The manager saidits on the way. 15 minutes later it arrives, well its cold and it doesn't even look done. I called back, the manager absolutelydidn't care, she suggested someone come back to pick up the order to get another order, but it would take a few because it wasdinner rush. I explained I don't feel comfortable with someone coming back to my house while my family has been battling covidfor the past month and now we all have the flu! that Is there anyway to get refunded or at least a coupon?
