The food is almost always excellent. The portion sizes have always been large. A truly great value. However, the service has... gotten worse over the past year or two...slow, slow, slow. You wait a long time for your order to be taken and then you wait along time for your bill. The wait staff never seem to have a sense of urgency. There seem to be enough working staff, but theyjust aren't efficient. This weekend my family and I finally left because after 15 or 20 minutes our drink orders still hadn'tbeen taken. Our family is finally calling it quits on this restaurant after enjoying the food for ten years. I may continue touse the catering menu, but that is all. Disappointing and sad. Read more

Portions were great, service was good, prices exemplary. But why would they give you watered down bbq sauce??? I can't wrap my... head around it! The food was so good, but then was ruined when I tried to put water sauce on my bbq! Why?? Read more

If barbecue sauce flavored water is your thing, this is the place for you. The sides were pretty good but that's about all I can... say for this place. My husband's order was taken wrong which of course cost more than what he ordered and still charged us forthe price of the plate he didn't order. We won't be going back. We should have had a clue when there was only 2 cars in theparking lot on a Saturday night. Lesson learned ???? Read more

Tired of fast food on the strip, take a quick ride around the corner to Creekside for the best BBQ in Anderson. We both had the... brisket & rib dinner. The bark on the ribs was amazing. the brisket was piled high. These are not stingy portions. Comes with 3sides which stand up to the homemade test for sure. After eating half my baked potato I asked if they could reheat the otherhalf. Sure he says and 2 minutes later he brings me a steaming hot out of the oven fresh potato, skin rubbed in oil and salt. Alittle butter, sour cream, and half my Brunswick stew - another delicious side - and I'm a happy camper. Only downside - noliquor license, but there's always take out. Read more

Great food. Bought the mighty 5. Was plenty of food for the 5 of us. Only 2 complaints. You get 3 sides but unless you get fries... or chips the sides are hardly big enough for 1 person. Definitely not for 5. Menu needs to be updated. Shows catfish not brisketas one of the mighty 5 meats. Read more

Fantastic BBQ! Service was great and fast. Everything cooked to perfection. Dropped a star because they charged more on my card... than the actual bill was for, a little disappointed in that. Going to give benefit of the doubt that it was entered incorrectly, but the change on my paid receipt was less than the amount that showed on our bank statement. Seems they might has added ?extra?tip money after the fact. Either way, just go for the food and watch your bill after you?ve paid. Read more

The restaurant is very dark. The table was sticky and the walls dirty. The host was very effective and polite. The value for the... food is very poor compared to surrounding restaurants and the meat was not cooked well. It was very chewy and very fatty. Ifthe sauce is homemade it is done very well and the tea was good as well. I got 3 ribs for $18.00 total with tea and friescompared to surrounding restaurants 18-20 dollars is a full rack. Read more
