I did not care for the food personally. The plates came with two sides.. I got onion rings (there was only 5 of them not much... food at all!) and walking taco the meat was nasty so we threw that out. The hamburger was mushy. The shakes we thick but hadgood favor. Pretty good food. Their drive up girl gets overwhelmed at times. My last visit, there were less than 6 cars at drive thru. It... took more than 30 minutes to get my order taken. Then I was not given my credit card back. I started to pull away and realized Ididn't have my card. I had to get out of my car and walk up to the window to retrieve my card. Then the girl proceeded to arguewith me, even though the card was lying, within sight, on the counter. I did retrieve my card but, not without aggravation. Read more
Every time I go leave with 1)something I didn?t order 2) messed up my order and to top it off the manager was very rude to me... after trying to fix their mistake!!!! In the photo is what I received after ordering chicken strips and both sides hush puppies! Read more
I will say normally I love this place the milkshakes are amazing (when they get them right) (but who don?t love milkshake no... matter the flavor) however, this is not okay. It says no pickles. I asked for no pickles but yet I get home after a long longday go to eat and bite into a pickle. Me being allergic to said item could have ended badly. Yea I know if allergic why did I gosomewhere that it was a possibility this mix up could happen, well like I said I normally love cook out.. I would possiblyoverlook it if it was extremely busy but It was actually pretty slow considering how it normally is.. slow down and read thetickets people say ?no said item? for a reason?. I couldn?t call about the issue last night due to it was after closing time bythe time I got home to eat, so I didn?t even get to eat what I paid for.. cookout do better please!! Read more
Man, was this place busy! There are two drive-through ordering lines which speed things up a bit. The food is worth the wait... though. Thickly sliced tomato, full slices of onion and really fresh lettuce on the burgers assures me that my sister was rightwhen she told me to stop here for a great burger. I will go back whenever I am in Anderson. Read more
