My experience here was very delightful and will come back again very soon. I could tell that the staff was working they hardest.
It was around 4 pm on Thursday I went through the drive thru. The service was good, and fast but the chicken and tenders was... burnt and dry. Biscuits tasted like they wasn't done. Paid $41. Through must of it away. Read more
I went inside And i immediately realized why all bojangles locations are the last to open inside dining. They had 5 employees... working the lunch rush and were very understaffed. A man with a very dirty black rubber apron with raw chicken juice and flouron it with street clothes on was running the register and was not properly trained on how to use it. It took about 15 minutesfrom the time I ordered and received 7 room temperature supremes that had been sitting in the display window obviously wellbefore I arrived, some of which were inedible. I ordered a 5 piece and payed for a 4 piece. A lot more happened with othercustomers experiences while I was there I will not mention those because it?s very obvious that the staff was not given thetools to run the restaurant that day and I would implore bojangles to figure this out or remain drive through only and mark aline on the pavement that states if the line is this long just move on and save us both the misery of a bad experience Read more
Tried ordering off the app and wouldn't accept my card then went to "payments" and saw my card was not only on the app once but... twice tehed to delete but wouldn't let me. Restaurant was extremely busy through the drive thru, but the workers still delivered excellent customer service. The food was... hot and fresh. 4 stars ???? only because they seemed to be short-staffed, and the wait time was significant. Otherwise, I wouldgive 5 stars. Read more
Horrible service. Arrived at approximately 7:45 with only 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. Ordered a 3pc chicken finger... combo, a large bo rounds, and a Cajun chicken biscuit. I was asked to pull up and someone would bring the food out. At 8:30 aman walked out and asked us what we had ordered? I told him exactly what it was. Got our food at 8:35. The chicken finger combowas ICE COLD and the chicken biscuit was a very old disgusting ham biscuit instead. I?m super disappointed that I waited almostan hour for food that we don?t even want to eat.
