Terrible Bojangles location. They still don't have the dining area open. You must use the drive through. The speaker setup was... terrible. We really had a hard time understanding the employee. And the screen that shows your order was so cloudy that youcouldn't read it. They were out of Pepsi and they were out of medium cups. We ordered the pork chop biscuits. We had to throwthem away because they were so salty. ???? And, since you couldn't go into the restaurant area, we were no about to wait in theline of cars at the drive through again to complain. I ordered two of their chicken sandwiches on the app. I go to the window to pick it up and they say they aren't serving lunch... yet (they start serving lunch at 10:30. It was 10:45.) and that I will have to wait 15 minutes. I do that. I go back through theline and ask them if my chicken sandwiches are ready. They say they don't have any. I asked them why they didn't tell me that 15minutes ago and they say they don't remember talking to me. I pull up to the window at which point they say that they DO havethem but it will be another 10 minutes. I am beyond done with these people at this point and ask for my money back. They saythey can't refund online orders. I leave. Never in my life have I gotten such awful service. Needless to say I will never eat atanother Bojangles in my life. Don't go here it's a waste of time despite them having a sign out front stating they are "fully staffed" I had to wait 10... minutes before I could order being the only one in line. Once I had the chance to order one chicken sandwich I was told it wouldtake 35 minutes for it to cook. Ridiculous Read more
The food was good but they, as many other restaurants these days, are staff challenged. I, along with all others who had... ordered, had to repeat our orders to staff several times before getting our order. Staff is hustling to do all they can and arefriendly. No one is standing around, they are all engaged. We concluded that had we gone through the drive through weprobably would have been served quicker. Read more

NOBODY but 2 people working. a man actually came to the drive thru window because... the dining room is closed at 10am! 15min in the drive thru at 10am. 2 cars ahead of me. very unacceptable. sad thing is thislocation is maybe 1min from my house, now i gotta find another Bojangles to let me down from now on.
