My son took me out to lunch here. We both had the gyro combo with large curly fries and drink. Which was an awesome experience... the service was the Great and the food was extremely hot and fresh. Read more
I was the only customer in the lobby, 2 cars in the drive thru, and it took 14 minutes from the time I had my receipt in my hand... until I had my food. A rueben that they didn't even get right. There were at least 4 employees in the kitchen so I don't knowhow they could justify that delay. Read more
Beware of card theft by Arbys team at this location!! Went to the drive through at 730 pm on a Saturday night and spent 9$. Left... without my debit card. Realized it he next morning and checked my account and there was an extra $35 dollars spent at the storeon my card. I called corporate to report that the staff had stolen my card and made a purchase. Haven?t heard from leadership atall. Arbys must be so hard up for help that they can overlook theft by their employees. Read more
Dropped in for a quick Roast Beef and manager was only person at the counter. She was doing some type of paper work and... completely ignored me, I left after about a minute..... they never spoke 1 word to me. Read more
Drive thru right before closing. Fresh fries sandwiches were great... only thing I would complain about was the over kill of... mustard on the turkey and Swiss sandwich. They got happy with that mustard... I didn't think to tell them no mustard thats onme. Read more
Wow? just wow. Spent 22 bucks to have them totally mess up an order. Got four sandwiches and they were literally tossed together... like someone hated their life. The bun was stale. The cheese sauce was non existent. They didn?t even take the order properlyand messed up my wife?s. They earned one star back because it was okay tasting. But over all very disappointed. Read more
