Just plain awful!!!! Waited in the drive- thru for 15 minutes only to get the most disgusting burger I've ever had in my life!... They make that new Wagyu burger look so good on tv but it was disgusting. I don't know if this particular restaurant justdoesn't care about what they serve or if the burger is genuinely awful. It was a altogether bad experience. Starting with the guy speaking seemed like he was annoyed to be there and annoyed he was... working and annoyed he had to make sure they had enough roast beef. Didn't get the order right. Very poorly put together. So heput out food tht was like his attitude being there. Would if turned around and got our money back or got right food madecorrectly. Waited 30 min in drive-thru Had to go inside anyway Got home missing half of my order Later looked at account to see I was... charged twice for almost $50 worth of food. Only received 2 sandwiches 1 french ???? and an order of jalapeno poppers. $50worth???? I'll have to go there to clear up charges since they won't answer the phone. Very very disappointed Read more
