Went through the drive-through I haven?t been to Wendy?s for a very long time, they are putting the hamburgers on those brioche... buns which I hate. The hamburger was barely warm, the fries were barely warm, when I got home I had to put everything in themicrowave which made the lettuce hot and limpy, I spent 10 or something like that for just the single combo. Okay so the menu board was not lite up so at 1030 at night it was super hard to see and then we order and I say it at least 3... times and it wasn't that hard we both got grilled chicken sandwichs which my boyfriend only wanted cheese and a side of bbq witha strawberry lemonade then I got the grilled chicken with mayo tomato pickle and onion only and I said my order at least threetimes I would say and once we get up there their credit card machine isn't working so that was another negative and then hechecks the bag after we start driving down the road which I told him to check before we even pulled out and he didn't listen tome but of course they didn't add his bbq sauce in there and they gave us really large strawberry lemonades but the fries wereprobably a small or a medium and they were so salty they were disgusting we didn't need them at all it was so nasty and theywere kind of cold and soggy I don't know it was just not my cup of tea and that was the first time I've been to Wendy's in yearsand I'd say I probably won't be going back for a few more years again if I ever go back wasn't a fan of all. We went there through the drive through with my husband and mother in law who had not been there in a while and we was rushed... while ordering then was asked to pull up where we waited for our food for 20 mins! My husband had to go in and get our food thenit still wasn't ready so another 10 mins go by ....Not to mention the two people I delt with had bad attitudes! walked in with coupon for double bacnator buy one get one for $1.00, and I ordered a large French fry. the wait took forever. I... don't live far from the restaurant but when I got home both sandwiches were singles and the fries were ice cold. so don'tbelieve the hot and fresh guarantee. Read more
Person taking orders was very slow and easily confused. I was with a group of friends and nobodies order was correct. I ordered... my sandwich with no onions and it came with nothing on it. The dining room had a smell like a floor drain was not properlyplumbed. I will never go back. Read more

I used to go to this facility often but in the past year I have noticed service going down the drain! The most recent situation... was when I wasn't given the proper food after waiting 10 minutes for it. I then went inside to get the things they left out andsaw it was dirty, multiple employees had their hair dangling over the food, a teenage kid with greasy long hair that looked likeit hadn't been washed in weeks picked up a disgusting trash can and lifted it over the grill right in front of me, and to top itoff when we got home and took a bite into our burgers, they were still pink!!!
