November 2, 2022 Yet again no answer on the drive thru for at least 6 mins, order was missing drinks, & sauces, wait time for... food as well in the parking area about 10 mins? this is not fast food its a bunch of kids smoking too much out back who shouldbe working more. The drink machine is making a mess all over the floor. The restaurant smells awful. The floor is sticky and gross throughout.... The lady taking our order acted like we were a bother by even being here. Read more

So upset with the experience from North Anderson?s Wendy?s. First, the serive at 6:40pm was terrible. The drive through woman... handed me two bags of food and we ordered drinks and a frosty. We had to ask for the drinks and frosty because they weren?tgiven to us. I get home, take a bite of my food and my burger was still pink. Not done to a degree I can eat at a drive throughfor sure. Not to mention the fries are soggy and not warm in the slightest. Not to mention I had a child in my car and oneof The staff members are cursing and complaining and being rude to her other team members. All together a terribly experiencethis evening. DO NOT GO INSIDE! I try to be understanding when it comes to fast-food worker and supply shortages; however, tonight was... absolutely abysmal. I brought a group of about 15 people into this Wendy's when it was empty. The first person ordered at 6:30pmand their food did not get to them until 7:20pm. I had to have my group bring their receipts back to the counter just to gettheir orders filled. I will not be returning to this Wendy's any time in the near future. As a former Wendy's employee this wasan embarrassment to the franchise. I even made sure my group cleaned up after themselves to help the employees because theyneeded help. Please, If a large group enters your restaurant and you don't plan to or are unable to serve them, just politelyask them to leave and close your dining room for the evening. I would have preferred that response to tonights failure. Read more

The drive through girl looked like she was about to go to sleep. The fries were cold and crunchy (like oily crunchy) the nuggets... were hard as could be and my burger looked like it had been on the tanning bad for way too long. Read more

Went to the drive through just before 9pm on Thursday. We ordered food for two people and were asked to park in a parking spot... to wait for our food (no big deal). A couple of minutes later another car parked next to us and was waiting on the same thing.They bring out this other car's food and they had to ask them what their drink order was, which I found odd. After waiting for17 minutes an attendant finally comes out to our car and asks what we had ordered... I found it odd that they didn't know. Afterwaiting over 20 minutes (and watching them serve at least 10 other customers) we finally got our food. They gave us a freeFrosty for our trouble, which I thought was a nice gesture. The fries were lukewarm and soggy but the sandwiches were good. Thelemonade was half ice and tasted more like lemon water. We never received straws. All in all not a positive experience and it'smy second negative experience at Wendy's in a row (different store). I used to love Wendy's, but it doesn't seem to be the placeit used to be. Read more

Food is good, but make sure you get everything you order. They do not put the sauces or ketchup you request in the bag. :( ... Nuggets are no good without sauce! Read more

Was very disappointed at this particular Wendy's when we walked in there was no employees around they were all in the back We... were the only ones in the restaurant and in drive-thru the place with filthy the frosty machine was disgusting and it was rightthere right in front of you at the register you could see it went to sit down all the tables were dirty The condiment stationwas a mess The pop machine doesn't work employees just like they just didn't care it was very disappointed. I have nowdiscovered that it's kind of that way at most of the Wendy's that we have in town most of them were rude and it's sad I knoweverybody has a employee shortage and it's stressful. Read more
