The 2 young men working were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean. The food was fresh and tasted good.

I suggest if you?ve eaten here in the past 24-72 hours you go get covid tested if you?re having symptoms. Went in for lunch... around 2-3pm. Ordered food. Went to fill up our drinks and there was a employee sitting at one of the tables with a covid test.Talking very loudly on the phone with I?m assuming the manager or owner named Rita. Claiming he tested positive yesterday but isnegative today and refusing to stay at work and that he was going to the hospital. I?m assuming they were arguing over himstaying at work. First off if an employee test positive in the first place why are you even at work or allowing your employeesto stay at work. But wait, it gets worse. The same employee with the covid test then proceeds to go behind the counter touchingthings ????. When he leaves 1 employee and someone hanging out in the lobby then are speaking about how the current employee instore has been in close contact with someone and he?s allowed to be at work. Never again will I be back at this store. If youown this store you need to shut down and deep clean your store. I would be embarrassed to have this happening in front ofcustomers at my store. Let me also add that the table the positive employee was sitting at wasn?t cleaned while we were there. Read more

I wouldn?t have given them no stars if I could have. Yesterday stopped in and it was 0830 pm and they had the doors locked and... were cleaning up when they are supposed to close at 0900 pm. Tonight walked in at 0800pm, the person waiting on us said I don?twant to wait on them I want to leave. When I asked for the boss they said we don?t have that, plus she her eyes were so red andshe just acted like she was on something. Read more

Same owner of this location and Scatterfield Road by Rose's refuses to accept coupons according to signs he posted "Due to high... cost of food." When I called and asked him why he was the only Subway owner in town that does that he got short with me and hungup. I went to Main Street location and they were happy to take my coupon. Girl working there said they hear alot of complaintsfrom people about those two Subways for refusing coupons. All other Anderson Subways accept coupons with no issues except forsame owner of Broadway and N. Scatterfield. Food actually tasted fresher from Main Street anyway. I will never give the othertwo Subways any of my business due to the owners rudeness and refusal to accept corporate coupons. Read more

Intake Manger for our office went to pick up subs for the office and came back for everyone with sandwiches. The white bread... was ridiculously old and stale. Called to them (as if I haven't eaten at subway for the past 20 years.. also used to manage onein Huntley, IL for 2 years in High School) and the owner starts yelling at me telling me it was door dash's fault and Iexplained that they made the sandwiches in front of her at the store. Then she continues to tell me that the bread was madethis morning and its all super fresh etc. I will upload the photo of mine so you can see how fresh it was but I couldn't eveneat the end because I couldn't even tear it off. Also, lady. why would I bother to call and tell you it was stale AND writethis review if it wasn't hard as a brick! I didn't ask for anything or want anything literally called to tell them to throw itaway and not serve it to anyone else and then she starts telling me I am wrong, it is fresh and I don't know what I am talkingabout.. "do you want another one... come get it then!" she finally ends with as a solution. Do I want one? Yes - Do I wantwhat I paid for... yes! Can I take the limited time left on my lunch to come back and pick it up.. No! Just trying to rememberyour slogan.. what was it again.. oh yeah "eat fresh" not "eat day old bread we couldn't sell yesterday" so screw the customerstomorrow and charge them a ridiculous full price for a sandwich when we know FULL WELL that all you are trying to do is .30cents.. I mean bread! Literally bread - the absolute cheapest part of the sandwich. Get real and just be honest and stopserving old food to people bc of your chase for the almighty dollar. Myself and none of our staff will be back. I mightmention we have 70 people in our office and I will send out an email to everyone with this review as well. Read more

Great Subway! Really nice employees! Give those people a raise! I stopped in after work on a Saturday, there were two people in... front of me, and one employee in the front, one employee in the back. They made my sandwich just how I like it! Everything wasclean and well kept. I will definitely visit this subway again. Read more
