I ordered these bowls from Qdoba via a delivery service and this is how it arrived - basically half empty. I called to try to... get assistance and got none whatsoever, but was told that ?only one scoop is allowed? even though this is not how I got it inthe past. I also got somebody else?s order as well as mine. I don?t have a vehicle available to me, which is why I got itdelivered, as such there was apparently nothing anybody could do. Highly disappointed. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. $70 in totalwasted for nothing. Read more

As delivery people it fooled not make sense we have to wait behind a long line a people before they start on my order. It took... me 15 to 20 mins to get here, I had an order right next door that was ready when I got there but come next door to Qudoba andstill had to wait for another 15 or more. You messing with our money. Your workers get paid by the hour, we get paid by deliveryand if we have two orders the first order does not want to wait that long for their food. If anything, delivery is extendingyour revenue and profit margins because we are reaching people who are not spending over $5 a gal to drive into town just topick up food and go home. Teach your Anderson store workers to do better. We have bills to pay and need to extend our income tomeet our own ends. Read more

This was our first time ordering from here. I spent a good 25-30 minutes trying to order online but kept getting this "card... declined due to incorrect zip code/billing address". I tried different browsers, even the app. So, I called the store notknowing they don't take carry out orders & the lady was extremely rude & hateful. I told her the issue I was having & she saideveryone else seems to be ordering just fine & basically hung up on me. I get working in restaurants can be stressful, I've beenthere. But no need to be rude, especially to potentially new customers! Read more

One worker had open sores all over her arms and the other rubbed her bare arm across the food for the lady in front of us. Then... she straight up asked the customer "do you want me to remake this?" THEN just grabbed the guacamole and sour cream off the topand globbed more on. On top of all that the restaurant was disgusting. It was literally the worst Qdoba we have ever been to. Read more

Ordered online simple, but a little confusion about if my card was denied after showing my receipt it was cleared up. Make sure... you keep a copy to show. The chicken tacos we ordered were soggy and rather bland. The burrito was ok. Read more
