When we got there we parked beside one of the delivery guys and when he got out of his car he was cursing like no other. Then we... ordered extra cheese on one pizza and extra pepperoni on the other one neither one had extra anything. Very disappointed ????. Read more
Put in order thru app. 14-24 mins on app. Took 1 hour 15 mins to get order. They kept telling us 10 mins it will be done. Worst... Papa John's ever. Read more
If I could rate this place with zero stars, I would. I've ordered pizza from them several times, and every time it's something.... Usually they forget the extra garlic sauce that I ordered (and paid for), or, one time, they sent anchovies instead. But tonighttakes the cake! After waiting nearly two hours, the lost our order, and canceled it. They said they could remake it as acarry-out order, and I could pick it up 45 minutes later. I don't have time for that, and I don't know of anyone who would wait3 hours for a pizza.I AM DONE WITH THUS PLACE!!!!! Read more
Wait times for pick up orders consistently slower every week. Same employees. Same business volume. Great pizza but over an hour... wait for a take out order seems excessive. Read more
This wouldn't be a bad place to order pizza from if the people running the place had actually cared about it. I can't blame any... of the employees for the amount of shortcomings this location has, even though they come across as if they don't care. There'sconstantly new ppl working there each time. This falls on management and anyone above that. It doesn't help that it's locatedoff of the ghost town that is the mall. I cannot put into words how frustrating it is as a customer to have to deal withdelivery and take out issues, contemplating why you keep ordering from there, and missing items you ordered. It's a waste ofgas, a waste of effort, and a waste of time to be involved with this particular location. How food ends up being ok through allof this surprises me. Read more
Almost hard as a rock on one side and so soft it flattened and fell apart on the other. Covered in bubbles, and missing... toppings. Flavor is there I guess so you nailed that and the stuffed crust is good but dang. Read more
Staff were really nice. Halloween pumpkin looked kinda like a pumpkin. Very very greasy pizza, maybe I haven't had one in awhile... though. My husband loved the wings though. Wings were crazy expensive though. Read more
Typically good pizza but when they get busy they suddenly lose all efficiency causing you to have to wait about an hour or more... and crank up the ovens to make pizzas that are cooked on the bottom and top but raw in the middle 50%. Also, when they are inthis reckless rush they will kinda just dump the parmasean butter seasoning onto the breadsticks. For the first time ever I wasfeeling sick because of the immense burnt parmasean smell coming from them. Overall, if you want pizza and don't want to make afrozen one and all other restaurants sound bad then go ahead. Just know that if you are unlucky you'll be 15-30$ short and stillhungry. Read more
