Stopped in at 1:00 am. We were seated immediately, but it was evident that several tables were waiting on their food. The... waitress was very attentive, but despite having 3 people in the kitchen (we were seated directly in front of the servingwindow), it took 45-50 minutes for us to receive our order. The food was okay - I have ordered the same meal at another locationand it was better prepared at the US 31 IHOP on the south side of Indy. Need to train your night shift folks to run things moreconsistent with the day time rush. Read more
One server and one cook to run the whole store... they so need help.... but those 2 did a great job. But Corp should help them... more. But really $2.99 for 2 bites of hash browns that's why 1 star.. . Read more

This is what you actually get from the Anderson, IN IHOP when you order the strawberry crepes, regardless of how tasty they look... on their own commercials and no matter how many times you call before and after you place a delivery order asking to not placethe topping because soggy isn?t good and it should be common sense. Once they?ve put the topping in a separate container, I?veeaten that meal once a week every summer just about! Oh and the amount of topping they put in the container covered one of the 4crepes that come with the order. Calling multiple times didn?t work so here we are!!! Read more
This IHop was quite busy on a Sunday morning. About fifteen minute wait. Our food all came out appropriately with friendly... staff. Check out was smooth. Great food. Would come back anytime, just expect a possible wait on weekend mornings. Read more
We usually always end up here later at night between 10 pm-12 midnight and the same waitress is always the one that takes my... order. She's really good. The first time she took my order she didn't pull out the server pad and at first I thought ???? willshe get it all? ???? SHE DID! Everything was right and made correctly, even the changes made. We've been here a few times sincemoving to this town and tonight was no different. Same waitress. Same thing. No server pad. Food was correct, made correctly andtasted awesome, and once again we left satisfied customers. She needs to be promoted and become a corporate trainer becauseeveryone could benefit from her awesomeness ???? Because of HER, we will continue to patron this establishment. Read more
I pay too much for the kitchen to mess up. The last two times I have been there it has been so nasty it's upsetting. Needless to... say I won't be back to this location. Today I got the steak tips I ordered medium well they were well I asked for new ones thewaitress had me scarp mine off the plate to get more which is fine I wasn't going to eat them only to bring back burnt ones soI'm pretty sure they took well done tips and burnt them. The waitress was new and already overwhelmed so I just took them to goand fed them to my dog tipped her probably the biggest tip she got today and told her she was doing a good job.
