I was just there. Typically they have no customers, however tonight was very busy. I ordered 2 double whopper meals, PLAIN.... Drive to Alex and just opened my sandwiches to find that they have everything on them. My total was $31 and some change. I justtried to call to no avail...so I'm giving my review. Read more
The manager here is always so rude. I ordered two dipping sauces for 9 piece chicken frys ranch and bbq. Only BBQ was in the... bag, I told him nicely he forgot my ranch. He said he was going to have to charge me... fine whatever, but I ordered on the appalready paid... anyway yeah he had me hand back the bbq for the ranch and i have 2 children getting over RSV. Not cool man. NotCool at All. All for a 10 cent condiment! Get out of here. Go there any other time and I guarantee they will pass out handfulslol all because of this stickler. I'm going to start with the positive....shorter list. The people were very friendly and the onion rings were okay. Do you need... to ask for the zesty onion ring sauce? I didnt get any. First I went to the BK nearest me and they couldn't serve anyone becausethe system was down. Back up system? Pencil and paper? I drove to the other side of town and ended up with two out threesandwiches incorrect. Should have been dbl bacon cheese burgers. I got regular cheese burgers. I wanted unsweet tea and gotsweet tea. Did I mention the onion rings were okay? I should have checked everything. I wasn't driving all the way across townagain so I went to Wendy's a got two double bacon cheese burgers. I was the only person there and I get overcharged and was told it was my fault and that they wouldn't give me a refund until a... manager got back. so had to wait 20 minutes for that and now I know why no one else was there and full grown adults workingthere and can't take an order sad and then they yell at you when you tell them the order was wrong..
