Went to the location in Anderson. We ordered French dips and got pastrami. Bread was hard and yucky.
I went here with my family today and unfortunately the experience was not good. There was one single woman working there during... the afternoon rush and she was not equipped to handle it all by herself. She had no help whatsoever. She was clearly strugglingand everyone's individual order took what I would estimate to be 15 minutes or so. Where is the manager or the owner at a timelike this? The poor woman was ill-trained as well, I believe she should not have been left alone when she does not know whatcertain ingredients from the menu are. I asked her if they had sprouts in stock and she stated she does not know what that is.She gave my mother a handful of jalapenos on her sandwich when she never said "jalapenos". My mother would never have orderedthat, as she has terrible issues with heartburn from things like onions alone. We were very dissatisfied today and might notcome back. Subarama Management, please if you do not have enough staff for the day, close down. It was such a hardship on youremployee, she was not equipped to handle this day alone and it was hard on everybody involved during that rush. Read more
I went to this sandwich shop for the first time in my life yesterday. The lady at the counter who put together my delicious... sandwich was literally one of the sweetest and most polite people I?ve met. At checkout my total was 3 cents over $20.00 and shesaid she?d be more than happy to cover the 3 pennies for me as I reached in my back pocket for my wallet but I politely declinedand ended up taking care of the full cost - I even put a $3.00 tip into the tip container. Maybe you?re reading this reviewright now and just recently you?ve not been treated nice at a restaurant or some other business in the city. Make sure on yournext time on your cheat day to go to the Anderson, CA location of Subarama and I guarantee you you?ll walk out of there towardsthe parking lot with the most happiest smile on your face! ????
