AGAIN WOW!!! I order a pizza from here for my son's 10th Birthday! The pizza was made perfect! Upon entering this establishment... I was met with a warm and welcome greeting. I had a question about the mini murphs. I was met with great enthusiasm andwillingness to complete my order all while educated on the extra cost and ability to complete my special request. All three teammembers came together to ensure my needs were met with the highest quality I hold in customer service and customer care! Inaddition the entire store looked BRAND NEW!!! They did such a great job at cleaning the store I could see the metal shining likeit was just installed. (UNHEARD OF) I have been in customer service for over 20 years and food service for over 15. MyGrandfather is a Chef of 40 yrs. I am amazed at how this store was taken care of by its Team Members! Congratulations onrepresenting the Papa Murphys Name In Every Way Nicole, Alyssa and Freddy! Always great service and nice staff. Salads are fresh. Staff is always more than willing to help. Love when the girls work. They... make great pizza with perfect amount of toppings. The boys are a bit skimpy on toppings. I always have to ask them to add more.But other than that the store is clean and someone always greets you when you go in. Called in an order for a large stuffed pizza. Was told it would be 30 min before pick up, gave them 40 minutes, pizza was not... made yet we hade to wait 15 minutes. Got the pizza, looked like a medium pizza, and one piece was all dough.. very dissatisfied, as I always got good pizza's from there in the past.. This location is the best in Shasta County. The people are always friendly even when it's a mad house. Our family is... particularly fond of saucy pizzas and when we ask for extra extra sauce they get it right every time, that may seem like a givenbut most places never get it right. I did a call-in order they told me 10 min. I arrived 15 min later. My simple medium pizza wasn't even close to being started.... There was 5 orders ahead of me. In the lobby was a gentleman that had made an on-line order OVER an hour prior to me arriving.He waited another 15 min after I arrived for mine. When I arrived there was an associate just standing around with one otherone running the phones and register, one making pizzas. I asked the associated what the delay was she was very rude. Iunderstand the short staff issue but don't tell the customers a time and not follow through. We have lives and times as well.Had they told me 30 min that would have been completely fine.
